when we returned the equipment, the milage were wrong and charged $205 extra, Jordan at the pick up location entered the wrong milage and did not walk us through, he showed us the truck to pick up from a distance and gave us the key.

The location was clean, but it was not a very inviting environment. The person checking me in, had me back the trailer into a very tight spot, instead of them handling the equipment once I dropped it off. Additionally, I had a truck and car hauler. The truck was checked in, but I received a phone call 5 days after I dropped the equipment off, stating my trailer was late. The guy never checked in the trailer.

Commerical Customers need better pricing!!

Reserved a motorcycle trailer with ramp with chock which was "in stock. When i got there, they said they didn't have one available, received a smaller trailer with no motorcycle chock. Inside office was messy and dirty. Unfriendly uhaul rep.

Truck was dirty inside and out, my reserved truck was not what I asked for and they had to change trucks when I got there.

Trailer had no running lights. Staff was rude and focused on their personal activities more than us as customers, or the problem of no running lights on the trailer.

This is my second time renting from this Location. The first time, there were no issues. This time: The battery died on me after being driven nine minutes down the road Waited two hours for Roadside Assistance and 0° winter weather The cab light did not turn on Crack across the windshield The cab and the cargo bay were filthy with debris dirt trash The door on the cargo bay was extremely difficult to close and open all the way. Not sure if this was because of the cold weather or if it needs to be repaired.

Moving pads and dolly were not in the truck, and the ultra-specific description of what exact parking space it would be in was not correct - would have been less confusing with a more general description.

The U-Haul app was awful and not functioning, which caused me to have to wait until the office opened two hours after the reserved pickup time, the blankets ordered were not in the truck and had to be added at pickup and this location did not have any furniture dolly that was reserved. The worst part, however, was the hostile attitude of the owner and his daughter who insisted that the dolly inventory problem was more annoying to her as an employee than me as the customer who had to move heavy items without one. Simply inexcusable.

I had to call 4 locations to get a car dolly - not good... But these guys were great!! They were recommended by Estate Storage, as they did not have any available. The girl I talked to was awesome The gentleman at Novi U-Haul was great also, he directed me to Estate Storage (had none) But the gentleman in the Farmington Hills U-Haul, he was clear that they had no dollies & had no recommendations of where to go... well, I hope you get my point on his service.

The Lady that assisted us was nothing but rude / That's how you treat a customer. We have rented from this location several times and now my guy said he will never go back there. I didn't appreciate the treatment she gave to my guys. The other people said that's just how she is. Rude and nasty is not acceptable.

The parking lot needs to be better lit in the evening for after hours drop off. Also the lot is somewhat dirty/muddy.

I purchased insurance and was fully covered but still was charged a fee for damage made by accident- after 2 weeks a received a receipt indicating extra charges. No call no explanation Poor service , rude representatives , not helpful Told me the system was down made me wait for 1 hour and then manually entered my visa # for the extra charges

The only bummer was I didn't have a right turn signal or a brake light. It was an LED system so I wasn't about to try to fix it myself. I did let them know when I turned it in but it didn't work from the time I rented the trailer they said I had all my lights, but as soon as I got home, they weren't working on the right side. The running light was but not the brake or turn signal. Other than that it was great and I didn't get pulled over so cares, but I would look into that.

The team that took care of me were professional and were very helpful making sure I got the right truck, setting up a pick up time and getting the keys for the I needed it. Thank you to Jordan for helping me with insurance. I would rent a truck from this team again

The parking of trailers was limited. I truly appreciate the worker coming out and disconnecting and moving the trailer into a spot since it was difficult to park it and spot I got it from earlier in the day was already taken by another trailer

Staff does not communicate well and they can do a better job of reaching out and communicating when they want to keep some of the deposit when a full deposit was expected along with prepaid mileage fees which I did not exceed which was not refunded. Very unfriendly staff.

I went with the closest return location. Dropped off after hours and a day early. You could offer a discount for people who drop off early.

I was told a receipt was to be sent to my email and there is no receipt of me dropping off the truck in my email

Original reservation was for Kalamazoo. Reservation was cancelled minutes before scheduled pick up. I was not called, only found out once I arrived. Required extra travel time & last minute stress that should've been avoided. Do not take a reservation if you don't have the equipment.

The two young men working at this place are very nice to work with.

Uhaul was filthy, covered in food and spilled drink. Maybe it was just me but the truck didn't sound healthy either. Seemed sketchy the whole trip, luckily only had an hour round trip with it. Experience was slow and unfriendly with the renters.

I originally went to a different location I call before going told me it was ready for pick up. Got there, got told it was not there and had to drive another 20 miles out of my way to pick it up from a different location

Initially we were sent to a location that did not have a box van. Frustrating wasting time going to a wrong location and then arguing with the location manager who couldn't look up our reference number Was redirected to a second location by the contact center and that worked out all fine !
