The truck and trailer I rented were not attached when I arrived. The employee also did not have the truck waiting in a good location. I had to back out the truck in a very tight parking lot.

I waited 15 minutes before anyone talked to me. One headlight was out and there were warnings lit about tire pressure the whole time I was driving. I wouldn’t go to this place again and there are other locations that are much better.
