I made sure I returned the truck with the right amount of gas and I was still charged $34.99. Highly upset, no recommendations from me ever. I rented a uhaul a few days ago as well. So was recently charged $25 for gas on the first reservation so I knew not to return it without the adequate gas.

Get new trucks,....... The trucks you have are old, and they cost to much to drive,.......... I spent 80 dollars gas in a enterprise car rental going to Ohio......... Spent 200 dollars in gas in a Uhaul truck coming back from Ohio........... makes no sense........... Upgrade your trucks

This location really needs to be clear about their opening times. They also need to be on time to open. This location is suppose to open at 9 but he did not open til 930.

While the trailer seemed to be well-maintained, the center swivel with wheel wells for the car's tires was not well-oiled and took much work to properly align for the car to be loaded.

Really could not understand why the prices at this location was so high and I was charged mileage I didn't have a choice I needed the truck then but three days before I rented from another location it was the 29.99 fee no mileage charge. Does uhaul determine the rates or the local rep? Weekends charge mileage? Just seems shady not consistent terms.

I was sent to this location for pick up and will never go back. The Assistant was smiles until my money was received then she told me I could hook up the trailer which was very dirty. When the trailer was hook up by the company representative my lights were not checked and the chains where left on the trailer. I asked for my money back after the rep. got smart with me then she call the district manager for a an approval to hook up my trailer. when I got to this location the first question I was asked was who hooked up the chains on this trailer ( I did but didn't now who the were supposed go. Wow I drove 240miles with trailer not hooked correctly and someone in Shreveport getting smarting off with me. Thanks I want be back!

however, the location was difficult to find...due to signage in bad location hidden behind the tree. Quick and easy drop off helped!

Thru no fault of the manager at the main U-Haul we had to go thru two trailers 1st was locked up brakes, 2nd was a trailer reported stolen and at least 6 more that were not serviced. But the manager hard efforts was able to locate a trailer for us, and a very good one I may add.

Rented a truck, got one with a half tank of gas. No biggie, I returned it with 3/4 tank. The attendant wouldn't take it because the paperwork said it was full when I picked it up. I ended up paying to fill it up so I could return it, and incurred extra mileage costs because I had to go find a gas station. And to top it off I just saw my card statement and I was overcharged by over $50! I will not use this location again, and I may not use U-Haul again as well.

I made my reservation a week in advance. On the day before my move I was informed they would not have a truck for me, I told them that was unacceptable for I had to be in mississippi for my new job. I paid extra for a dolly and pads to be in the truck which WERE NOT! I called the facility and informed them of this, and was told they would call me back which NEVER happened. I called back later and asked if I could receive a refund for the price of the Dolly and pads and once again was told they would call me back which STILL NEVER HAPPENED! On top of all that the U-Haul broke down on me during my move. During the move it started to rain, in which case the U-Haul leaked all over my possessions in the truck. The lady at the U-Haul place was very rude and acted as if she did not care. This WILL BE THE LAST TIME I use your services. 3 weeks later I have yet to receive a phone call or refund for the purchase of items not in the truck that I paid for.

this was not the original location i chose. i chose one close to my house. I recieved a text from Cubble Hole I called the number and was told the truck was there for my pick up the next day at noon. When i arrived, i was told the truck was on the other side of town. the lady at New Castle was most helpful.

Take Lindell Chevron in Round Rock, TX out of your network. The owner refused to take the tow dolly when I got to my destination. He said they couldn't accept returns. As I manuvered my way around the parking lot one of the employees asked if I was dropping the dolly off, and made his way over to help. I asked if I could, that would be great, but the guy inside said I couldn't? The employee said "oh. Well, he's the boss." and turned back around. Not impressed.

the tie downs on the car dolly were almost impossible to use. The ratchet on the tie downs were rusty and it took three grown men to get them to work in order to tighten the tie down straps. I reported this upon returning the dolly. I hope the problem has been addressed.

I requested the truck for a 0800 pickup. U-Haul scheduled the pickup for 1700..?? The Truck was useless to me for the first day. I only had the weekend to accomplish this move, needless to say this did not happen. I will now have to rent a second truck to finish as the first day was wasted waiting for U-Haul to have a truck for me. I find it hard to believe that this truck I had to wait for was the only 26' truck in the Shreveport/Bossier LA area. I'm sorry to say that when I rent the second truck to finish the move it will not be a U-Haul. The rental location employee was very helpful and apologetic as she tried to explain U-Haul convoluted policy concerning local vs. one way rentals and why I had to wait for a 'local' customer to finish before I could have the vehicle that I had reserved.

My only complaint was that approx. 5 days prior to renting the trailer, I spoke with an associate at the Hearne Ave. store and thought it was cleared for me to pick the trailer up at that location. The Hearne Ave. store was closer to my house and opened at 7a. verses the Newcastle opened at 9a. My 4hr trip down to Lafayette, La. was delayed 2 hrs. that day. Please improve your communication with your stores to the customer.

Thetruck wasnt with the autotransport and I had to drive across town to pick up the truck and take it back to the autotransport, I ordered both of them together online but they didnt come together the whole thing became a huge pain, very bad service

The only problem was that when I made the online reservation, I asked for pickup in Bossier City. I was notified that the only available truck the requested size was about 30 minutes away. Therefore, it took about an hour or more of our day to pick up.
