I made sure I returned the truck with the right amount of gas and I was still charged $34.99. Highly upset, no recommendations from me ever. I rented a uhaul a few days ago as well. So was recently charged $25 for gas on the first reservation so I knew not to return it without the adequate gas.MONIQUE D.
Get new trucks,....... The trucks you have are old, and they cost to much to drive,.......... I spent 80 dollars gas in a enterprise car rental going to Ohio......... Spent 200 dollars in gas in a Uhaul truck coming back from Ohio........... makes no sense........... Upgrade your trucksIna R.

While the trailer seemed to be well-maintained, the center swivel with wheel wells for the car's tires was not well-oiled and took much work to properly align for the car to be loaded.GRANT H.
Really could not understand why the prices at this location was so high and I was charged mileage I didn't have a choice I needed the truck then but three days before I rented from another location it was the 29.99 fee no mileage charge. Does uhaul determine the rates or the local rep? Weekends charge mileage? Just seems shady not consistent terms.SHANNON H.
I was sent to this location for pick up and will never go back. The Assistant was smiles until my money was received then she told me I could hook up the trailer which was very dirty. When the trailer was hook up by the company representative my lights were not checked and the chains where left on the trailer. I asked for my money back after the rep. got smart with me then she call the district manager for a an approval to hook up my trailer. when I got to this location the first question I was asked was who hooked up the chains on this trailer ( I did but didn't now who the were supposed go. Wow I drove 240miles with trailer not hooked correctly and someone in Shreveport getting smarting off with me. Thanks I want be back!BUFORD J.

Thru no fault of the manager at the main U-Haul we had to go thru two trailers 1st was locked up brakes, 2nd was a trailer reported stolen and at least 6 more that were not serviced. But the manager hard efforts was able to locate a trailer for us, and a very good one I may add.BRIAN G.

Rented a truck, got one with a half tank of gas. No biggie, I returned it with 3/4 tank. The attendant wouldn't take it because the paperwork said it was full when I picked it up. I ended up paying to fill it up so I could return it, and incurred extra mileage costs because I had to go find a gas station. And to top it off I just saw my card statement and I was overcharged by over $50! I will not use this location again, and I may not use U-Haul again as well.ERICK A.
I made my reservation a week in advance. On the day before my move I was informed they would not have a truck for me, I told them that was unacceptable for I had to be in mississippi for my new job. I paid extra for a dolly and pads to be in the truck which WERE NOT! I called the facility and informed them of this, and was told they would call me back which NEVER happened. I called back later and asked if I could receive a refund for the price of the Dolly and pads and once again was told they would call me back which STILL NEVER HAPPENED! On top of all that the U-Haul broke down on me during my move. During the move it started to rain, in which case the U-Haul leaked all over my possessions in the truck. The lady at the U-Haul place was very rude and acted as if she did not care. This WILL BE THE LAST TIME I use your services. 3 weeks later I have yet to receive a phone call or refund for the purchase of items not in the truck that I paid for.ANTHONY C.
