the app would not pull up my reservation. fix your app the website is cumbersome but at least it worked. the original location did not allow for my pickup outside of working ours. my reservation was at 630 am. they did not open until 9am. appartently they did not set the reservation up correctly. had to call in a third time to get my reservation straightened out at a new location. also, customer service was rude and abrupt with the exception of my last rep, laura. finally, there was no ramp. i had to hand load the truck. there should be a warning. im only giving 2 stars because the truck was clean and ran. everything else was garbage.

Travis H.People at Noble auto sales went above and beyond helping me check in and return the truck. They were very polite and helpful making sure I had everything I needed. I rented the truck the day after Thanksgiving witch is always a major hassle. They were opened on time and everything went smoothly both check and on return as I am not skilled with computers. Would highly recommend them.

JACQUELINE H.I was lied too! My pick up time was at 10 the owner of the dealership was an hour late to work, then told me he will not charge me for going over my 10 mile in the city limit due to loosing an hour I paid for. Then charged me for all my miles and screwed me over!

Thomas John Jr H.Google said the drop off location was open at 10 am. When I arrived I called the number for the location and was sent to a voicemail. I had to figure out on my own where and how to drop off the uhaul by using the process online (which doesn't work well with cell phones). The drop off facility had poor signage and visibility from the road and had no other Uhauls on the lot to determine where to park it or even if I was at the right place! I will never again use Uhaul or refer to anyone! Budget or Penske next time!
Michael W.Super friendly people, BUT....... They changed the 2†ball I had to the 1 7/8†when THEY loaded the trailer, and when attempting to get the vehicle loaded, the trailer came off the hitch and I now need a new tailgate on my truck
