Drop off location had gone out of business with sign on door stating so. Called and established new drop off location with UHAUL, the new location was out of the way and I ended up spending most of my afternoon on a simple return,

i like that it is a tree shaded and peaceful location, and still the trucks were very accessible. very cool location
Justin F.Everything was fine except the online reservation system changed my reservation. Need up going having 3 different locations before I could find a truck I needed.
Lisa S.the app would not pull up my reservation. fix your app the website is cumbersome but at least it worked. the original location did not allow for my pickup outside of working ours. my reservation was at 630 am. they did not open until 9am. appartently they did not set the reservation up correctly. had to call in a third time to get my reservation straightened out at a new location. also, customer service was rude and abrupt with the exception of my last rep, laura. finally, there was no ramp. i had to hand load the truck. there should be a warning. im only giving 2 stars because the truck was clean and ran. everything else was garbage.
