The point was closed. They didn't give me the keys to the truck. I haven't even started the trip. I didn't get my money back. But they demanded that I go and photograph that the truck was standing still. The support should have smart people who understand that since I couldn't take the keys, then the truck is standing still. My experience was disgusting. I still have unpleasant feelings. RETURN MY MONEY!!!!!

Kyla COver the last few months I have rented 2 cargo Vans and one 15ft truck from 3 different locations, every vehicle I rented was filthy and had at least one light on (oil change needed, engine check light, etc). Years ago I had family who worked for the company and took pride in sending out clean and well maintained vehicles to the customers, service of these vehicles has been completely and utterly disappointing and unacceptable. The district managers should do some more visits to the authorized dealers and stores to improve this.
Elizabeth GAWFUL. Truck was muddy, dirty, dusty. Also, I was told the gas was 3/4 full. It was not. It was below 3/4. I told the woman, and she said someone would call me. Shocker... no one did. I had to waste my time had to pay for someone else to help clean the truck. Muddy, dusty, there was a hammer, a random sock, water bottles. Disgusting. When I returned to the location to return the truck, they were supposed to be open at 8:30a. I was hoping to talk to someone. When I arrived at 10a, there was a sign on the door that read "out to lunch" (at 10am) and back at 8... which I assume meant 8pm. Horrible. Zero communication. Zero accountability. i absolutely expect money back on my awful experience. Now I have to waste my time to get this rectified. Nightmare. Horrible customer service. Yoiu take advantage of customers and hope that no one will complain. Despicable.

IGOR FI reserved a pickup truck and it wasn't there. I could not pick up via the app so went into the location where they only had a van. The van was too long to go up my windy hillside driveway, hence the reason I reserved the truck. I had to carry a van full of heavy equipment down my long driveway.

TIMOTHY BJust make sure your Share 24/7 Self-Service Checkout is always working.... ESPECIALLY when people (workers) are not actually going to be there! You just can't imagine how much of a bind it can put people in and sometimes even just the time crunch [when plans are indefinitely set & made] can cause extreme chaos in someone's time! More than you might know or believe.

hamik aI contacted the location about this, but I was GROSSLY overcharged for mileage. I drove LESS than 20 miles (and I can prove this by the distance to my storage unit and the times I logged in and out of the facility) and returned the truck within the 4 hour window. I am going to presume that this was an ACCIDENT, but I did NOT drive 57 miles. I can provide maps and log in information for my arrivals and departures from the storage unit. I have witnesses. I IMMEDIATELY called the person at the U-Haul check out desk in North Hollywood and he promised to correct the charges, but I have not seen that credit come through on the American Express card my mother Carol Arnold put the rental on when we picked up the truck. Our next step is to dispute the charges with U-Haul. PLEASE correct this over charge for WAY more miles than I drove. I am sure the next contract for the vehicle I drove will have a lower starting mileage than the one you have shown as my return mileage. It's incorrect by about 40 miles. Please correct this. The desk guy at U-Haul promised to go and re-read the odometer when I called the SAME day I rented the truck and got emailed the incorrect receipt.
NICHOLAS ALocation was great. They let me leave my car while I rented the van for a few hours. Quick and easy.

EDWIN SThe location in terms of it being tucked in the back would be easy to miss... Parking a little tight but nothing the property can do about that. My reservation actually got changed locations the day prior. Which wasn't an issue either. I very much was satisfied.
Chanel SRemove that reference/alternate contact policy it is a totally useless and wasted a lot of my time trying to rent. All the years renting with Uhaul and that change has to be the absolute worst.
