This is a continuing review for them charging us $1200 extra on cleaning for some sheetrock dust Extremely upset to take advantage of someones credit card $1200 and then make you try to get it back I've been told to meet up for going to the hospital I was get counting on this extra money from something today and I'm waiting and I can't i'm out of trouble breathing But 9 now I can't get the money back it's crazy and some precipitals won't take you with no money but Jeff Norris thinks that he's a hazmat specialist Well until I get ahold of someone in corporate this is all I can do is cry on I know business is bad for Alaska but you can't be that pathetic the way you treat people that way Play the city once that will be good luck using they're not with our they used to be where we grew up with our dads They're different

l. a jeff norris from uhaul said van was dirty from drywall dust we took to dump..so he enforced {prepaid rental credit card} a $1200 cleaning fee with out even telling us..Any good honest bussiness would have given a heads up. The fee was considered hazardous waste?? Im waiting for them to fix this enormous error and apologize. If not i would think he would submit his hazardous waste permits for company and his credentials for his hazardous waste knowledge?? If not then i think theres a RCW law about impersonating a gov. official

Supposedly for safety reasons but with a huge TRUMP sign right behind her on the wall....I felt it was politically motivated and I felt that I was needlessly exposing myself in order to do business with U Haul.
