Due to the storage units not being heated or water-tight, there was a lot of mold and damage to property. Great customer service.

Michelle B | Expérience généraleMayabess is the best!!! The only thing was the licking of the unit. Wasn't easy to open or close. Other than that it was great 😊
Tammy S | Expérience généraleThe folks at North Tongass Mini Storage are terrific, I needed to store some household goods & clothing that I did not have room to take with me, so I called North Tongass Mini Storage, and they were able to find me a storage unit that was the correct size to temporarily store my belongings in, fair pricing and a great staff. If you're looking for a storage unit call North Tongass Mini Storage!
Mark C | Expérience généraleThis storage unit rental was a very good experience. Maya Bess was super helpful anytime we came to the office for packing supplies, questions or problems.
Debra S | Expérience généraleFacility and unit were fine. I found the office manager a bit rude at times. During the height of COVID you were NOT allowed to wear a mask into the office. Supposedly for safety reasons but with a huge TRUMP sign right behind her on the wall....I felt it was politically motivated and I felt that I was needlessly exposing myself in order to do business with U Haul.
