MICHAEL RVery personable and reasonable, down to earth staff. Helpful and friendly. Didn't have anything to say or do about the broken wiper blade though. Seemed to think it was not a big deal that the driver side wiper failed on our trip. Although we rented the truck from another UHAUL location and returning to this one, I would think there would be some sort of importance placed on the occurrence. The staff did not inspect the truck or check mileage or any other thing before we left the truck and keys at their location. I guess I am to trust not being charged for extra miles or time since we did in fact return the truck on time and with 142 or so miles less than our allotment. I would rent and recommend renting from this location in future as they seem to have many options and are reasonable, friendly people.

RICHARD TTruck ran badly would not shift correctly, got it with less than a half a tank of gas. I refilled it to return it with a full tank thus I lost money paying for someone else to use it. Other than that it was a clean truck would not use this location again.
OLIVER DEverything went smooth and was easy to pick up. If you do the digital version, I highly recommend giving yourself enough time to wait for approval. It took almost 20 minutes to pick up the rental while waiting for approval.
Nora ELocation was much farther than my local uhaul location.

JOHN BThe vehicle was dirty, it smelled bad, the vehicle was in bad condition with bumps and in addition the driver's cab was too dirty a poor quality service. All the miles that were put in were not completed and they also charged me all the money a very bad experience.

Christopher DNo blankets like I ordered (24), truck really needs alignment, back of truck was dirty and I had to sweep it out before putting my furniture in it. Employee told me it was ok if I bring it back late. Uhaul said bad idea because I could be charged, and that he should not have said that. There was a little more gas when brought back than what was marked by store. Rental was booked for New Hartford.

James GCustomer service was great, gentleman who helped us was very nice. The cab of the truck was dirty and smelled faintly of cigarettes. The back was clean. I would recommend to a friend if the trucks were more clean. Otherwise, it was a good experience.
