The facility was fantastic. My only suggestions to ease the process are to think about number coded lockers for the keys, so in case the facility is not open, once someone goes through check-in they can go to the locker number outside the facility and punch in a code for the key. The second is about returning the vehicle on the app. Maybe a time punch on that last screen at the top saying - "Thank you for returning your vehicle at 7:39 PM....." I didn't realize if I scrolled down to the bottom of the screen it said Thank You. Once I clicked on the X to go back to the Home screen it didn't show me as returned and I went through it again and realized that was the way it was. But in all, a great experience, thank you! I will return for my future needs.
