Richard ReasnerThe original drop off location was compass U-Haul and they were not open or present, even though I was confirmed to drop the truck there and was supposed to be open. The manager on site did not answer the phone. Called U-Haul and was redirected to the broadway location and they accepted the truck. The roof leaked on my furniture and Iit appeared that a repair had failed. Overall less than perfect experience
Otis YawnService Rep was very unfriendly and upon returning refused to take the trailer off of my truck unless I backed into a tight area where it had been located prior (which I didn't feel comfortable doing). When I told him I didn't feel comfortable maneuvering in such a tight space, he suggested he could drive my automobile and "make it". When I refused, he told me I could take the trailer off anywhere I felt comfortable (except his parking spaces) and began to film me with his phone while I (the customer) unhooked the trailer from my auto. I would avoid this location at all costs. Have used other locations for years and they have been wonderful!

Richard BirrThe man checking me in was incredibly odd. As I was backing the vehicle to the trailer, he would yell completely unintelligible commands. When he placed the trailer on the hitch, he told me it was not on the ball correctly, I went too fast, and that if my bumper was damaged, he was not liable. All that was needed was to wiggle the trailer and it fell on the ball fine. Huge overreaction. He took a phone call while I was pulling away when he was supposed to be enduring the lights were functioning. If I have to use this location again, since it is closest, I'll insist I put the trailer on myself.

MARY MARATTARobert is a nice guy who I would do business with again. It goes without saying that if you are renting on a weekend, make a reservation online and be prepared to wait a short while when picking up equipment on a Saturday or Sunday morning. It's not Oviedo Auto Repairs fault. Those days are obviously the biggest moving days of the week. U-Haul's system allows you to check in and return the vehicle by phone yet some of that is done by text or email and you physically have to wait in line to be given keys to a truck or have trailers attached to your personal vehicle.
Kathleen MooneyThere were no issues picking up the car hauler. I was told by the lady to return it and drop it in tha same spot when it returned it. I was in the process of doing so when the extremely rude guy came out walked opposite from where I was in the lot and started yelling at me to put the trailer back in a different location than I was told when I picked it up. He then proceeded back into the building as I never saw him again. So I went I looking to see if the unit needed to inspected or signed back in. His response was nothing and said I was done and just leave. So I left. Very unprofessional and rude.

Robert MarattaRobert is a hard working fellow who knows how to provide excellent and consistent service. We utilize his location for pick up and drop off when traveling to our vacation home in NC. We do this every year, and his service has always been top knotch. His front office is pleasantly messy, but he always knows where everything is, and can retrieve needed information, supplies, etc with absolutely no difficulty. Provides a certain down home atmosphere. His use of computerized data entry for both pick up and drop off is superb, and the whole process is seamless and completed with effortless rapidity.

Dave MoffettThis place is a dump on every way! The lady was they was not very near ce or helpful. And blamed the company for everything. Claimed that if I returned the trailer after the 8 hours that I said I needed it for I would be charged for another day & that there alwete not 24 hours days any longer. The place was closed when I returned the trailer there was a clipboard on a chair with no instructions on how to check the trailer back in. After attempting 3 times to check it in myself I call the U-Haul 800 number. The message said the wait time was less than 5 minutes it was 10 plus minutes for someone to answer. And was sent another code number to check it in & it still didn't work. I was told she would make note & I would receive an email receipt in the morning.
