From start to finish everything went well
MICHAEL CThe box of the truck has multiple very serious roof leaks. After a short rain all of my stuff was wet! I have mold sensitive members of my family and this is not acceptable of U-Haul’s equipment and lack of maintenance thereof
Richard COnly needed the rental for a week or less, the lady put me in for 2 weeks and charged my card the entire amount. She was very rushed and was not helpful answering my questions. The equipment was filthy when picked up and had a blown fuse for the trailer lights. We returned after hours in the dark and the was absolutely no lighting available at all at the location. Very crowded parking lot and hard to find a place to park the equipment.
