Easy to locate and super friendly. Will definitely use them again if need be. Highly recommend to everyone. I did the phone pick up and it was simple steps to get the U-Haul.

CARLA BCalled to see if I could drop off car Dolly and was told sure no problem. Drop it off with no issues they even talked about how they have been begging for a car Dolly. Not even 30 minutes after I dropped it off they're trying to charge me $216,75 foe dropping off at wrong location fee. Thought you could drop off a uhaul at any location if they would have explained that to me I would have returned it were I picked it up instead they just tried chose not to say nothing a get some free quick money. Shady business.
Russell HOwners went above and beyond when I didn't have a good signal to do wireless pickup. They even let me use their personal hotspot so I could get truck.
Kip MAfter a very disheartening experience when we rented the truck and car hauler - the staff at P&W Group completely recharged my opinion of U-Haul. The staff was friendly, personal, and informative. Not only did they take care of the trailer rental quickly and efficiently - they were able to answer several of the questions left unanswered from our previous encounter and apologized for the previous experience. Although they are a little off the main highway - it is well worth it for the personalized and professional service. I would highly recommend.
