Sheila SThe pick up was a little out of the ordinary, but we were a bit early too... The owners were really nice and very helpful with what we needed. Drop off was a breeze! Will use them again and we recommend them to anyone in the area needing a Uhaul.
CARLA BCalled to see if I could drop off car Dolly and was told sure no problem. Drop it off with no issues they even talked about how they have been begging for a car Dolly. Not even 30 minutes after I dropped it off they're trying to charge me $216.75 foe dropping off at wrong location fee. Thought you could drop off a uhaul at any location if they would have explained that to me I would have returned it were I picked it up instead they just tried chose not to say nothing a get some free quick money. Shady business.
Russell HOwners went above and beyond when I didn't have a good signal to do wireless pickup. They even let me use their personal hotspot so I could get truck.
