Not much to improve with my experience. There were courteous, friendly and very helpful.

I use uhaul on a regular basis. I was very disappointed with the equipment and the fact that I had mentioned to him about the fender and told him I had a 20 hr drive with it. Which took me 25 and half hours to complete due to repeat stopping because of the damage on it and fear of tire blowing. Customer service was great and road side service was amazing. I will not be using that location ever again.

Made reservation on the website the day before and checking out pickup and return of truck was a breeze. The front counter associate was helpful and friendly.

Trucks are old and beat. Agent at desk was very nice and helpful. Had to drive and extra 25 miles after being notified the truck I rented a week prior was not available at rental location I chose. I had to make the call to uhaul to find another location. They should have called me. Not a good look

The truck smelled like black and milds, and I paid for a dolly and furniture pads and I did not receive them. Truck was given to me practically on E

I don't have anything against this place. I dropped the vehcile off before it opened so I wouldn't get charged a fee for brining it in late. I think UHAUL needs to look at their policy on check in that it should be when the place is open. I tried several times to do the app check in and it kept knocking me out of the app and I never was told where to park the vehicle or if I successfully did the check in. It was horrible experience pictures wouldn't download and it was slow and not user friendly. very poor.

Trailer was very dirty on the exterior. Mud and grime. Leaves were inside. Trailer was quite old. The guy hitched the trailer up incorrectly according g to the guy at the drop off location.

The location is challenging to get a larger vehicle - like the ones being rented - in and out.

It would help others with moving expenses no one thinks about, like gas for the uhaul. To be given and estimate on how much a full tank takes for each truck based on current gas prices would help the customer be ready for the $145 price it takes to fill up the trucks

Worst experience ever with Uhaul. Truck wasn't available where I ordered from. Trailer wasn't available from selected place either. Wrong size truck ordered initially. Phone conversations with Uhaul - apparently they didn't read the chart notes. Cancellation twice. Had to get a ride to Blufton and pay extra. Driver license not returned to me at that location. Had to pick up trailer at another location. Lights went off and on and had to spend one night in a hotel because of this. Took extra time unloading because lights went off and on and workers couldn't unload at night. Uhaul customer service continually sent me the wrong contact numbers. When attempting to get help unloading through Uhaul - they had no idea that No one from Virginia or Atlanta would drive to Highlands, NC. The customer service individual said I had to pay in full up front, but could not guarantee me that he could find a work crew that would help unload. I became suspicious because I felt I might not receive a refund and I would end up paying for a crew twice. That places that would accept the truck would not take the trailer. UHaul wanted me to take the Truck and trailer to a town that was inaccessible because of hurricane Helene. The truck had not been cleaned out previous to my loading so I cleaned out glass and black Bobbie pins and other items when I cleaned the truck out. Clearly a broom had not been used. Please do not send me a note that says sorry your experience was not up to Uhaul standards. Refund me some money. This fiasco cost me time and money - hotel I did not anticipate.

Paid reservation fee for 15ft truck, then was told at pick up they only had 20ft truck, had to pay more money after he said I wouldn't have to since it was their mistake. Gentlemen could not explain charges to me regarding what I already paid vs what will be charged, and still was charged $130 after being told it was $98. Not even worth trying to get in contact with anyone to find out why I was charged extra but can only assume it was the bigger truck because I didn't go over mileage well under. Truck had a broken clockspring and turn signals stayed lit, not the safest 20ft truck in my opinion.

Truck was very dirty .. the truck had more x marks on it from damage then a dart board with dart holes. I ordered a dolly and he didn't have one and didn't seem to care.

Staff was not helpful and made the drop off process very difficult due. Couldn't check out on my phone and they were too lazy and "overwhelmed" to check us out at the desk. Made us come back and then stated they would check us out the next day.

I had a great experience with Parking Depot, LLC, however I am very dissatisfied with my overall experience with Uhaul. My original reservation was with the Bluffton location on Oliver court. Upon arrival I was informed that my truck was not available. The employee there worked to find me an alternative. Unfortunately the alternative cost me more money due to mileage and gas consumption. The new location added approximately 60 miles to my trip, not to mention the extra time and gas. I'm not a happy customer and most likely not be using Uhaul again. I've tried calling but can't get a real person on the line, so frustrated with my experience.

Dolly seemed to be around when the company first opened-performed its duties, but was very worn. Operator did not charge us for the equipment.

I made a reservation a month in advance for a hand truck a dozen furniture pads and a 26 foot supermover. Upon arrival they did not have the furniture pads or the hand truck. The 26 foot super mover was dirty with the last persons leftover food stuff in several spots and the back of the truck with some junk in it. Very noticeable junk too. This location does a horrible job at cleaning their units they have before letting other families use them. The maintenance was not done on it either as it had a very bad shake at 60 mph. I couldn't imagine going across the country doing the speed limit and not being able to control the vehicle due to not keeping the vehicles maintained. I would rate this a zero star if it was an option.

The location is fine. It's UHaul that stinks. Their online reservation system is cumbersome, slow and just doesn't work. Try to call for help? Forget about it. On hold for 30 minutes with no help and nobody called back. If there was another competitor they would be out of business.

I requested a 10 foot rental in Bluffton, got moved to Beaufort and was okay with it until they told me I was to take a 15 foot at which point I called the regional center to ask they put a note on my account that I was nervous about driving something bigger than a 10 foot but could stressfully handle a 15 foot. Then I got a text from U-Haul offering me to not only drive a 15 foot but to also drag a trailer - "NO way!." Stressed and ready to tell them no on arrival for pick-up I did not have too much time to panic that they did NOT have a 15 foot but that I had to accept a 20 foot truck or nothing at all. Not happy and drove the whole way to moving my college son in (already a stress of its own) white knuckled. Yes, I made it and it took 5 years off my life. I can safely say now that I can do it but I'd have been better off with a 15 foot despite my 10 foot request. All other times a change was made I had fair warning.

The truck was a little dirty, dusty, someone's old trash and the back was a little dirty, my husband swept it out. And your mileage price is a high and too many fees.

Overall, it was a great facility for storage! The price could not be matched, it was clean, and secure. The only minor issue was that the space to maneuver our travel trailer was a little snug, but we managed. Otherwise, no issues.
