I use uhaul on a regular basis. I was very disappointed with the equipment and the fact that I had mentioned to him about the fender and told him I had a 20 hr drive with it. Which took me 25 and half hours to complete due to repeat stopping because of the damage on it and fear of tire blowing. Customer service was great and road side service was amazing. I will not be using that location ever again.

Charles BTrucks are old and beat. Agent at desk was very nice and helpful. Had to drive and extra 25 miles after being notified the truck I rented a week prior was not available at rental location I chose. I had to make the call to uhaul to find another location. They should have called me. Not a good look
