Ann JBeverly the front desk contact at the Beaverton location is awesome, great communication, information and helpful. Storage unit was cleaner than the other storage garage I have my things at. Van was in good shape at 12k miles and clean. Wish the van seats were cleaned but hard with fabric and maybe difficult to get out fibers and hairs. Overall good experience and would come back for business

Jessica BThey called the day before to confirm my rental details, which was great. They even told me how to navigate the app to make my self checkout easier. (No problem, I can navigate an app to do that-- should be straightforward.) Unfortunately the U-Haul App I needed to use for check-in and checkout is absolute garbage. Worthless. The "Find your truck" feature is not even an option and doesn't appear in the app. I ended up having to call support and go through the process over the phone, which was OK. The app failed to work for check-in as well. Good people at that location, just a horrible app and check-in/out process.

Rolf IThe gentleman that helped me gave fantastic service even though I had used truck share. The only reason I rated it average is that I wasn't sure my car was secure and there were not a lot of supplies easily available if I needed them.
Brett BThe van was ready and waiting when I arrived to pick it up. It was clean with 3/4 of a tank of fuel. I put fuel in it prior to returning it and it was just over 3/4 full. I put less miles on it than originally planned and was only charged for the miles I used. Personnel was friendly and expedient. A pleasure to do business there.

Glen OFriendly and professional service with a smile. The process was efficiently quick (especially if you apply online in advance). They were also effectively prepared for Covid social distancing. Je les recommande chaudement.
Randall LWe were given a van that wasn't full of gas. We only drove 25 miles but had to put 4 gallons of gas in to fill it. Even though this was brought to their attention, we weren't reimbursed for the extra gas. Only a few bucks, but the van should have been full to start with.

Thomas J24/7 truck share needs major improvements. Not a single step worked as it should and took over 20 minutes to get it started.
