The gentleman that helped me gave fantastic service even though I had used truck share. The only reason I rated it average is that I wasn't sure my car was secure and there were not a lot of supplies easily available if I needed them.

The van was ready and waiting when I arrived to pick it up. It was clean with 3/4 of a tank of fuel. I put fuel in it prior to returning it and it was just over 3/4 full. I put less miles on it than originally planned and was only charged for the miles I used. Personnel was friendly and expedient. A pleasure to do business there.

Friendly and professional service with a smile. The process was efficiently quick (especially if you apply online in advance). They were also effectively prepared for Covid social distancing. I highly recommend them.

We were given a van that wasn't full of gas. We only drove 25 miles but had to put 4 gallons of gas in to fill it. Even though this was brought to their attention, we weren't reimbursed for the extra gas. Only a few bucks, but the van should have been full to start with.

Very nice managers and so helpful. I've had occasion to speak with both of the managers since and they were just as helpful toward yet another U-Haul reservation. Sadly, their 9-ft cargo van is already reserved for the date I need one, but they were helpful in directing me to another facility. The van was super clean, like new, and it handled/drove well. A very smooth day of moving things from one place to another. To be honest, I was dreading the day and all the work, but all turned out really, really well.
