Don't appreciate being overcharged, stymied, and than acting like I was the issue and being rudely talked down to. Overall, just average of what you would expect in this country

Viet tWonderful experience
JOSEPH II don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to for this U-Haul location. From check-in to check-out, the team at Parkside Mini Storage in Beaverton was absolutely fantastic. I actually messed up my reservation a bit, but they were so incredibly kind, understanding, and accommodating — truly above and beyond. They made the entire experience smooth and stress-free, even when I was feeling flustered. You can tell they genuinely care about customer service, and that really stood out. If you’re renting a U-Haul in the area, this is the location to go to. Five stars all around — I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
