The truck we rented was a bit dirty on floor mats, and it had soda (soft drink) spilled on the console and passenger seat. I reported this on the app at pick up.

I had a lot of trouble getting someone to wait on me. I finally had to walk around and find help. I also had ordered an appliance dolly and they only had a regular dolly. He did not offer to try to help me find one somewhere else. The truck cab smelled like cigarette smoke.

It snowed several days before our rental and we had to clean the snow off the truck before we could leave the lot. A walk around prior to rental was not offered or done. The driver's side mirror fell off when I hit a pot hole when I was returning the truck and I was treated as if I was a cheat and criminal by staff. I have pictures of the original agreement and the final receipt. The amounts are different and they are claiming we returned the truck over 24 hours after it was actually returned. The final charge is over double what the original agreement stated and we will NEVER rent a truck from this location again. I will go to a competitor. There are no other U-Haul businesses within reason. I just opened the final receipt yesterday but you can BET I will be posting online if something isn't done to make this right.

The store person initially said they weren't expecting a return there. Once our information for the drop off was confirmed, my husband stood there talking to this guy for ten minutes. Three days later we were charged for an extended use fee of the truck. Apparently they didn't complete the return correctly. I tried calling the return store and they stated I would have to call back when a manger was on site. No help. I had to call Uhaul and request a return and dispute through charges

I didn't rent a U-Haul and I don't know who used my number but for some reason I got notifications for someone else's rental. Hope none of my other information was used

When I went to return the truck the location did not know how to check the truck back in. It was a terrible experience.

Was not treated badly, just not interested in customers satisfaction. I reserved 12 furniture pads with my truck. Was told at this location that there were only 6 available and I would be charged the same price. Truck was dirty, windshield not clean This was my third U-Haul rental in 6 weeks. My experience at the other 2 pickup locations was very, very easy and pleasant compared to this location Recently had a friend rent from the same location. He had to wait for over an hour to get his truck despite having completed his reservation online ahead of time(as I did)

Great working with these folks, our 2nd time. The only problem we had, was having to go across town to get the dolly's we had signed up for.

McDonald's lunch bag, napkins, drink containers in cab. Some sort of liquid appeared to have been spilled on floor of loading space in back. However, service was excellent for both pickup and return.

I have used this location multiple times, mostly for trailers. Customer service is great and I've never had a problem.

I have reserved 15' truck 5 days in advance, website said that the truck is guaranteed. When I arrive to the location 15' truck was not available, I was given two options, either to take what they had at the location, which was only 26' trucks and pay a full price of that truck or cancel my reservation and go to a different location.

Returned truck cleaner than when I picked it up, charged $25 cleaning fee. What a scam.

The online check in was very slow. Normally, it's a pretty quick process, but today it took about 25 minutes. Truck was new and in nice condition.

I rented a uhaul and it leaked leaving my personal belongs soaked. It's already stressful moving as is but that made unpacking 100 times harder. Especially where we had to hire a professional cleaner to try to save our mattresses( another expense we weren't planning for)

I would recommend this location if they yes the online check in and out. I wouldn't recommend it if your in person. Only certain people know how to use the system, they aren't very knowledgeable and quite rude. They have a large selection of trucks but I would only use the online check in here.

We had to wait for the u-haul person to get out of the bathroom for a few minutes; he was nice and polite; however, did not give us a receipt for the returned truck. He said "I got it from here" after he was handed the key and told us we could leave now. I received an email last night at 11:05 p m with the final total. We drove over the 30 allotted miles and we knew we would.; however, the quoted price was 0,79 cents per mile but were charged $1 per mile. I do believe a credit is due.

Very easy to work with in a moving situation. I was stressed I wouldn't get it back in time so I ran down there panicking because I needed it longer, but the guy was super nice said that's fine we will figure it all out when you bring it back no worries. Small gesture, but it was a huge relief I felt in that moment.

6x12 trailer had dirt and grease all on the floor. It did not have a pigtail for the lights. I had to hook up the trailer myself with no Jack. I was told that "we don't do that." I have rented 7 or 8 uhaul trailers. Everyone else hooks it up for you.

The things should be in the truck when ordered and easier to get out. It would also be nice if they provided better customer service. Only one woman inside was any help to me that day.

have your trucks with gas, Mine had less than a 1/4th of a quarter of a tank. this is nerve racking worring if I could make it to a gas station. on my reservation I requested a truck full of gas, They didnt listen, nor did I get any moving blankets or the dolly that was charged to me. Also why is the parking lot full of trash and debri, nails etc?

From beginning to end, everything went smooth and was easy. The equipment was in perfect shape, towed straight. I had no problems whatsoever. I will definitely use them again if needed.

Your prices are ridiculous. My daughter rented a uhaul and I rented a car dolly that we didn't even keep 24 hours and it cost us over $800! Luckily for you we were desperate! Won't use your services again!
