William LI have used this location multiple times, mostly for trailers. Customer service is great and I've never had a problem.
William LI have reserved 15' truck 5 days in advance, website said that the truck is guaranteed. When I arrive to the location 15' truck was not available, I was given two options, either to take what they had at the location, which was only 26' trucks and pay a full price of that truck or cancel my reservation and go to a different location.
Maxim SReturned truck cleaner than when I picked it up, charged $25 cleaning fee. What a scam.
myron sThe online check in was very slow. Normally, it's a pretty quick process, but today it took about 25 minutes. Truck was new and in nice condition.
Carmen HI rented a uhaul and it leaked leaving my personal belongs soaked. It's already stressful moving as is but that made unpacking 100 times harder. Especially where we had to hire a professional cleaner to try to save our mattresses( another expense we weren't planning for)
julia cI would recommend this location if they yes the online check in and out. I wouldn't recommend it if your in person. Only certain people know how to use the system, they aren't very knowledgeable and quite rude. They have a large selection of trucks but I would only use the online check in here.

Serghei ZWe had to wait for the u-haul person to get out of the bathroom for a few minutes; he was nice and polite; however, did not give us a receipt for the returned truck. He said "I got it from here" after he was handed the key and told us we could leave now. I received an email last night at 11:05 p m with the final total. We drove over the 30 allotted miles and we knew we would.; however, the quoted price was 0,79 cents per mile but were charged $1 per mile. I do believe a credit is due.

FARUK AVery easy to work with in a moving situation. I was stressed I wouldn't get it back in time so I ran down there panicking because I needed it longer, but the guy was super nice said that's fine we will figure it all out when you bring it back no worries. Small gesture, but it was a huge relief I felt in that moment.

Kenneth D6x12 trailer had dirt and grease all on the floor. It did not have a pigtail for the lights. I had to hook up the trailer myself with no Jack. I was told that "we don't do that." I have rented 7 or 8 uhaul trailers. Everyone else hooks it up for you.

Paul Shave your trucks with gas, Mine had less than a 1/4th of a quarter of a tank. this is nerve racking worring if I could make it to a gas station. on my reservation I requested a truck full of gas, They didnt listen, nor did I get any moving blankets or the dolly that was charged to me. Also why is the parking lot full of trash and debri, nails etc?

William BYour prices are ridiculous. My daughter rented a uhaul and I rented a car dolly that we didn't even keep 24 hours and it cost us over $800! Luckily for you we were desperate! Won't use your services again!

Deborah SThe U-Haul connection at this location refused to allow the reservation. Then my phone attempt to reserve online failed. After the agent talking to tech support, there seemed to be little progress. After repeated attempts a reservation was secured. After returning the trailer about two hours later the online check in refused to complete after the question of "is there any damage". Then waling into the physical location< I still did not get a clear resolution to notice that I had successfully "returned" the trailer during their business hours.

crystal rI had a lot of trouble with the mobile elements of my rental. I was unable to check in online as requested and had to wait for the store to open to get my truck. And because I was signed up for mobile check in the uhaul employee was not at my pick up location and had to be called by the gas station employee. We got it worked out but it was entirely inconvenient. Please reasses your tech side.

Chen GPair directions take me to some other place so I picked up my reservation 45 minutes late and then I was returning it had to wait in line for 45 minutes so then I went over my 24 hours and they charged me $40
Kevin GThe truck & appliance dolly were to be ready at 8a. Cs called the day before to confirm, all is well. Got another call later by a woman that sounded like she was on something telling me about an issue & contact the contact the p/u place & work something out, figure what out? I asked do I have a truck for a 8am p/u, do I have an appliance dolly each answer each answer was yes so all was well. Hours later to make sure all was well again I was reassured all was good. Got uhaul at 8am & no way of getting the the truck until 10a. The only dolly that was available was a tiny one & not the appliance dolly that was requested nor paid for. This was a huge mess & would never go through this again. To top everything off the truck was brought back w/o the exact gas, so be it. The charge was huge, absolutely horrible but I was willing to deal w/ it but now they have charged me twice. Stay away. Uhaul used to be awesome don't what happened. Best advice I have is find another company
Daniel DI went 7 miles and had it back in less than two hours. Actually less than one hour and was charged for 2 gallons of gas and a penalty because the gas meter was not to there standards. I'm contacting my credit card company about the extra charge.

Randall EWhen you say the location is open have somebody there to help the customer. So they can close up their contract and go on there way . I rented a car at bluegrass airport at 10:30 and waited at that location for 40 minutes from 10:00 thanks.!
JAMES CHad no right side brake, turn, running light. This is a violation that could have caused me a ticket or accident, I was happy about it and this was the only 6x12 trailer they had. I reported this at the drop off location and was positive he will fix for the next customer

DAVID GI returned the truck and trailer on Sunday the 21st. The equipment was not checked in properly and now I am being charged erroneously for 393.12. We have been told for a week we would get a refund and still do not have it.
EDWIN FIt's always a disappointment when renting trucks from this place. The clerk behind the counter needs some serious training on how the system works. I'm not going to type out all the frustrations I had, but feel free to call for more info. Also, truck was dirty, and a large empty box with packing was left in the back from previous renter.
RYAN TFriendly team helped me in and out. Efficient return the next day. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
