The process of everything on the app is horrble. The checkout process is even worse. It should not have to take anyone longer than 5 min to checkout. Just a horrible experience. Most likely will ot be coming back.
DAVID MThe truck was damaged in several places. The back of the truck still had equipment in it from the last rental and I don't think the person renting it to me was even aware - I could have walked off with a dolley and 6 blanket pads.
Jennifer MToo much paperwork involve. Some states I have rented from don't have near as much paperwork and bunches of pictures taken.

JAVIER GVery unsatisfied with the final fee paid and how I was charged for gas even though I brought the unit back with the gad replenished. Not a good deal for a short rental period with minimum miles . I will not be recommending U-Haul for local rentals.

PABLO QInterior lighting was very low on dashboard, hard to see at night. Was charged $10 for cleaning interior, but could not find photographic evidence. App was difficult to maneuver, did not seem to have a "finish" to close out after dropping off truck after hours. Finally, odometer needle seemed to be off, paid for 10 gallons of gas for $32, only drove 39 miles. If these gripes were fixed, I would consider it a good experience, worth the money. Little things add up.
WILLIAM CIt turned out to be so much more expensive than anticipated. A $20 service fee for returning after hours because the office closed at 3:00 is ridiculous. My fault for not reading more carefully, will not return to this early closing location ever again.
LINDA CIt's kind of hard to find at first - I was looking for a sign saying 'UHaul' out front. I finally went around the mall building and went in the door by where a number of UHaul trucks were parked.

DANIEL LWe loaded our van the night before. There was rain and there was water in the back the next morning when we were unloading. Please maintain your fleet better as property is potentially damaged.
MARK GAC did not work and the truck was not clean. The gas gage was also below 3/4 but when I checked the truck back in it said it was supposed to be above 3/4 so it is clear the employees are not checking the trucks in between rentals.

TAEISHA TI smells scam in this place. Right at the beginning I feel something was wrong. I checked the gas level once I hop on to the truck, it was about 1/8. Then I stepped on the break and hear noise from the truck. Suddenly someone ran into me. Telling me the gas was 1/4 of a tank which surely is not since there it didn't even close to hit the 1/4 bar. He ignored my concern about break noise. It seems that he only care about the gas level but not the safety. At the time I returned my truck. I was late I expected to pay for another day rental. I was charged around 211. Got a receipt the other morning around 7am. I thought it was settled. At around 9:30am I received another receipt, I was charged for 380. The reason was the truck wasn't clean and the dolly was missing. Bull crab. I cleaned and sweep the floor intentionally to bring it back like new. They said they found one piece of glass on the bed. One piece? $25. Screw it. Why 380? They said one of the two dolly was missing. Well, I only rent 1 dolly and it was right there on the truck. I called the CS hotline, the operator contacted the owner of the location and they agreed to refund me missing dolly charge, since I took a picture at the time of dropping off the key. As a conclusion they place is operating with a poor business practice very scam alike. They will fake the gas level and try to charge you for something that you didn't use or didn't do. They will fake you with a first invoice and if you didn't pay attention, you will get hit with a second one. And if I didn't purchase the car insurance with them, they will probably charge me for the malfunction break with make abnormal noise. Be caution stay away with the people.

Timothy FI love UHaul trailers. Inexpensive and very useful. Service and communication is great. We did have one hang up on my last move, but overall they are organized.

ANGEL JPostmart is a small business, with stuff piled everywhere - no organization, doesn't seem clean. You have to walk out to the truck through the back - through even more mess in the office area. The gentleman that was there was very grumpy, but that could be a cultural thing. It was difficult to follow what he was saying, so I didn't catch that I needed to take pictures and do something on my phone prior to leaving the pick up site. Luckily, I did take the pictures and was able to online chat with someone who was very helpful and uploaded the pictures for me. I originally had my reservation at Triton Storage, but was called the day prior that my pickup was changed to the place I purposely didn't select. If this happens again, I will request any place but Postmart.
Ute GOwner was very lack luster and had poor customer service. He charged my card twice for the same payment and I haven't received a refund.
Karen RThe rep was extremely rude, I haven't moved over 20 years, and it was stressful. The self service wasn't working and he just wasn't pleasant at all. The movers hired through UHaul were not movers they damaged all my furniture and lost an important piece to my bedroom set. Very disappointed and will never recommend uhaul again.
