Do not rent from this location. Everything with my rental started out fine. I followed all U-Haul rules-I extended my rental time through the proper protocol and even returned the vehicle well under my mileage. When I brought the truck back, the owner completely snapped. He started aggressively arguing with me, claiming that what I did was "illegal" and "wrong," even though I followed official procedures. When I tried to explain the protocol to him, he escalated the situation and said, "This is why I don't like renting to you people." We got into a heated debate, and his behavior was incredibly inappropriate, hostile, and flat-out racist. I highly recommend taking your business to a different U-Haul dealer. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this owner entirely.

Jason LThe app didn't work well. It took more time to check out and drop off by far compared to the previous method. The rep at the counter wasn't much help either. His only response was it must be the settings on my phone, but couldn't give any idea of what settings. The company's goal to automate creates a bad customer experience.
