Inside of trailer was clean but I wish the snow from a week ago would have been cleaned off of and from around it.

Could benefit from friendlier customer service and clearer direction. It was difficult to understand the process and very slow check in (repeated same process as online check in, wasting time).

THOMAS T.CLEAN THE INTERIOR OF VEHICLE!!!! The van I used was DISGUSTING inside. Dog hair EVERYWHERE! I SHOULD NOT BE CHARGED FOR CLEAN UP WHEN YOU ALL DON'T Even CLEAN.
Glenn A.very pleasant experience, the gentleman is very nice and explains thing very well. Our only problem was the app not allowing us to take a picture and submit, but I went back the next morning and it was closed out and taken care of, as he knew we were having some problems with the phone app. We have used this location before and will continue to do so.
