I think everything was good. Jim White was very friendly and helpful. He lives local and provided information on tge local area as well as professional service by representing Uhaul.
Hubert MWe did return it while the business was closed, but thanks to the app, I knew about the drop box, and we have returned a truck to this location before, so I knew where to park it. The time we did return it during business hours, the employee was very friendly and informative. The location is in a very convenient area, right off the interstate.

ALMARIO SI had some mechanical issues with my truck while using this trailer and needed to drop off at a different location. Called in and explained the problem, and UHaul did not charge me any extra fees. Very helpful during an already stressful time. Thank you all for everything!
Jason KI filled the gas to within half the width of the dial yet got charged 8 gallons in gas. If this isn't refunded I will be disputing the charge and Karening about this to as wide an audience as possible, as the charge is bullsbit.
William DI returned the vehicle as requested with fuel at 1/8th of a tank as it was picked up with and was hit with 85+ dollars in charges for fuel! I sent in a complaint and have not heard back as of a handful of days as to why I was charged.
Jason SI was told if I didn't get there before 11 even with a reservation I wouldn't get a uhaul because they was closing early for a wedding. I was broke down and uhaul was a 3 hour walk if I couldn't get a ride they said call the sheriff

The trailer I did take had the tag light go out before I got it back to the dealer. Overall it was a good experience and the trailer did it's job. Thanks Uhaul

Patricia BI did not make a reservation - but they had a unit that perfectly fit our needs and picked up immediately. Staff helped hook the trailer up to our vehicle. Upon return, unhooked the trailer. Pulled in front of the office - before I got out of our vehicle, said we were all checked out and good to go! Great service!
ROLAND EAsked specifically if tires were good and ended up with a flat. Roadside assistance was very helpful and assistance showed up 90 minutes later. The tire should have been replaced a long time ago according to the tire guy. It showed obvious signs of age and poor condition. Will not use this location again.
Beth SThe rental truck was dirty with mud tracking, smelled awful of body odor. I had to purchase wipes and spray to neutralize the cab with a 4 hour drive ahead of me. On the other hand, the lady did assist me with the right truck size rental.
darrel JThe truck that I rented was an absolute dangerous turd. Extremely rough riding, very dim headlights, the ramp is so short that it creates an unsafe slope. To top it off - I was sitting in the cab waiting for the older kids to clear their cars out of the driveway. My 3 year old grandson was playing with the blinkers and other switches. He reached up and in an instant pulled the gear shifter down into drive. The truck was running and lurched forward toward another vehicle. Luckily I was able to stop it before it hit anything. That could have been an unnecessary horrible event.

linda sWhen I droped off the truck the man there didnt even help us he looked at us and left I was going to tell him we had some trouble with the shifting and some rear lights. He should have ask us if we had any trouble but he chose to leave that is not applicable to me. I would not use him at all he dont care about your customer.
