LESA HNo fault of red barn but U-Haul website was down, they was on the phone with support but ended up doing rental on my phone
James DLady was rude and stated that they didn’t do the easy drop off at that location and just had a bad attitude.
Katie CThe ladies at Red Barn Propane did a fantastic job, considering the system maintenance U-haul was undergoing. What can you do to improve? Better planning on U-haul’s end. I would suggest providing your customers affected by this “system maintenance“ with a complementary rental. I personally know how long the wait was due to this situation which, in fact, could have been avoided entirely with better planning and organization by U-Haul. Thank you Red Barn Propane for making sure I received the rental reserved for that day, if I hadn’t, it would have put me in a bind. U-haul, do better.
