Lady was rude and stated that they didn’t do the easy drop off at that location and just had a bad attitude.
Katie CThe ladies at Red Barn Propane did a fantastic job, considering the system maintenance U-haul was undergoing. What can you do to improve? Better planning on U-haul’s end. I would suggest providing your customers affected by this “system maintenance“ with a complementary rental. I personally know how long the wait was due to this situation which, in fact, could have been avoided entirely with better planning and organization by U-Haul. Thank you Red Barn Propane for making sure I received the rental reserved for that day, if I hadn’t, it would have put me in a bind. U-haul, do better.
