This location had a gate that locks at 7:00 pm. Equipment needed to be returned before then in order to be able to access personal vehicle.
CARLA SMaybe not ask unnecessary questions in a brusque way? Like why I made a last minute reservation, what I needed the trailer for, what was "wrong" with my Uhaul hitch installation, etc. I've rented many trailers at various other places and have not had that strange of an experience. It wasn't a terrible one, but it wasn't pleasant either. The gentleman at the front desk could've been friendlier and a bit timlier, but he got the job done, which was appreciated. I may give this location another try though, as it's the closest Uhaul to me.

JOHN CVery profesional, and equipment was very organized, clean, and welll inspected. Made sure I understood everthing fo proper hookup and use. And remembered me from renting a trailer from his location last year. Don't change a thing!

Gary Rfirst off the manager their said he sent me a text to download my license which i didn't get them he couldn't get the ipad to work to scan it, we took the van which was 19,99 plus 79cents a mile, i only had it for an hour putting 8 miles on it, when i dropped it off I informed him that when we went to bring it back it wouldn't start, he got snippy and said well i moved it yesterday and it was fine, we had to call the roadside number, after about 15mins we was able to get it started. when i got there to drop it back off, he said i will send you a rec to your email. i didn't like that, he should of went over the billing when i was there, later that day i was charged 115.00,,,,,,i called the customer service and they said i was overcharged 70ish dollars, they said they would process a refund back to my card, well its been 5 days and no refund yet. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Phil FMaintenance checks need to be performed on vehicles regularly and subsequent actions taken for units requiring maintenance. As well, do not allow your locations to advertise Mobile Check-in/pick-up if they do not offer the service. My location didn't offer the service yet still allows the self check-in option to be selected.
Travis TWhen we walked in to get the truck, the customer in front of us was verbally berating the man at the desk, Hans. It was clear the man was a little unhinged. I was incredibly impressed with the professional manner with which Hans handled this customer, the composure he maintained, and positive demeanor throughout the experience. He is a true professional!
Lisa MThe app did not work well. Phone service at the location was very limited and made the check in and bring back uhaul longer then i believe typical. A wifi password would be extremely helpful.

Kelly CFirst of all, the van was not cleaned. Cheerios were all over the floor in the front seat. It didn't bother me, but it wasn't clean.. Hans Bader said my Credit card would not be charged Saturday but it was, he said it would just be a hold. My card was charged 112.00. Which caused my checking to be overdrawn because I wasn't going to deposit money till Monday because Hans said it would not be charged until Monday. It was charged Saturday I now owe an overdrawn few of $36.00. I'd like you to reimburse me for that fee please. Thank you. Michelle Hovis 627-404 9966
Michelle HExcellent service. He helped back the unit into the spot he wanted it dropped at. He had detached jacks to lift it off my truck and had a custom support to sit it on. 1 000 % better than the pick up location. Would go back if needed.
michael fAfter hours drop off so GM states to leave UHaul asset across the street at a business center, with minimal direction. When I went into the business the next day to make sure all was okay with drop-off the guy gave me grief for leaving the trailer at the business across the street, as the owner no longer owns the designated after hours drop-off property. I told him I did as the sign directed and he replied the owner needs to get a new sign printed. Not my problem. I did as the sign directed me to do. They need to get their stuff together before they give clients grief for following their directions.
Bret KDuring the time that I rented the uhaul truck my wife went into early labor and our daughter is in the NICU. The gentleman that I rented it from was extremely kind and understanding of our situation. I will definitely recommend him and uhaul because of this. Merci
David WPick up and drop off experience with the Uhaul app was complete garbage. The overall design of the app and UI needs fixed. I was overcharged for equipment that I did not rent and it wasn't possible to return the equipment that I did rent unless I excepted the charges. It was only $7 but still shouldn't have had to pay it to begin with!

Jessica MIt's unclear why the mileage tally on my initial printout was incredulously reported at 20733 miles, when in actuality the odometer read 20774 miles. In any event, 1437 miles were logged during this move, with 22211 miles at the return drop-off location.
Scott SWe dealt with Mr. Hans at this location and he made everything easy and straightforward. We were able to get the truck we needed when we needed it and it only took a few minutes. Their location is convenient to where I live so I will definitely use their services again when needed.
Jonathan VThe manager was unfamiliar with basic rental policies, wasn't ready with the equipment at the appointed time, rented significantly damaged equipment though the pictures I was supposed to verify showed pristine equipment, and was extremely rude and condescending. Absolutely the worst uhaul experience I've ever had, and I have been a frequent customer.

Dustin KU-HAUL Attendant/location employee stated would not be charged for Sunday since this location was closed. Would be returning the U-HAUL on Sunday after only driving it to and from desired destination. The fee was charged anyway. I called to ask why. U-HAUL attendant stated "I tell so many people that come through here can't remember who I tell that to." I advised that was not an excuse and that it should not be stated if it is going to be charged. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
