Maybe not ask unnecessary questions in a brusque way? Like why I made a last minute reservation, what I needed the trailer for, what was "wrong" with my Uhaul hitch installation, etc. I've rented many trailers at various other places and have not had that strange of an experience. It wasn't a terrible one, but it wasn't pleasant either. The gentleman at the front desk could've been friendlier and a bit timlier, but he got the job done, which was appreciated. I may give this location another try though, as it's the closest Uhaul to me.
