This review is NOT for the Waynesboro Pa. location this is for the Chambersburg Pa. location. After reserving a 6x12 about a week prior for a move to Minnesota, I show up to pick the trailer up and after doing all the inside stuff and pay for the over $700 rental we go outside and my reserved trailer was not there. After about 30 minutes of waiting they had no other trailer they could give me, they contacted the Waynesboro Pa. location who did have one and I the customer was ask if I could go there and pick up a different trailer, no offer to get it brought to the location I reserved at, so being in a time crunch and was pulling out in the morning I said I guess. This added up being a 25-30minute trip one way. Waynesboro Pa. location was great. The Chambersburg location was really not apologetic about the whole situation didn’t offer anything for the inconvenience I thought was pretty bad, just excuses. Try to take care of paying customers better.

Tiffany TThere was a problem with the brakes on the U Haul that made it difficult to stop the vehicle. The vehicle would accelerate instead of braking, which almost caused an accident. This issue should have been addressed prior to renting out the equipment.
