I can't think of anything negative to type,the service was good at red roof storage. I had to get an extra day and it was very easy to call U haul and they already had my information. It literally only took 2 minutes to get an extension on my rental. I am extremely happy with the service provided and would recommend this to everyone. Merci.

The person who rented the unit gave inaccurate information for returning the unit. The hand truck and blanket bag were in the way for my move. Last time I rent from Uhaul.

ROGER EI wanted a small trailer to pickup a lawn tractor. The 1st Uhaul didnt have any trailers or box trucks (online reserve thing). But he did call another location nearby and explained my needs.They did have a box truck.Which worked just as well for my needs. Thanks to those 2 knowledgeable gentlemen to complete and satisfy my task for me. WELL DONE
RODERICK BQuite honestly the best experience renting a moving vehicle ever. Was concerned my quoted rate would not be adjusted to actual, but it was billed exactly as expected.
