Have a more thorough check of the vehicle done after someone drops it off. There was liquid splashed all over the cup holder and up the side of the center seat. There was muddy footprints on the floor of the cargo area.

Everything from calling in( the friendly service ) to picking and dropping the U-Haul back off ( the two people were also very pleasant and helpful ) were excellent ! Thank you ! Noreen.

extremely annoyed that i had to go 1 hour away to pick up a truck i reserved over a month in advance. you can see what date and time a person reserved a truck for, you should have it ready for them at their desired location and time.

It took 20 mins to drop off the unit as she could not find the us in the system! I think this is on uhaul not the agent. Rented unit with half a tank filled to 3/4 tank as it wasn't registering properly and it is what it is. I got charged 0,36 cents extra for mileage . Wow just not impressed at all !!

Because of the ice build up on back door could not open it. Had to use a pry bar to break ice free to lift door open.

Booking on line is a completely not user friendly. Customer service was great at that place. They didn't have any printer paper to print out contract.
