They didn’t have any of the equipment I asked for we had to set the up the car hauler are self to find out the plug for the lights didn’t work.I’m calling from Clyde I asked for westlock I was sent to Redwater which was quite far from where I was.This was done by a 70 year old and a 50 year old women how’s that for customer service
Addie JHave the U-Haul in the location I reserved it for, don’t call 2 days before move, and say it’s not available, and forget about the dolly. Pretty much everything was fked up

John FThe location is very convenient, and the staff are excellent. My rating is based on the cube truck itself. It was not running well and on one occasion it stalled completely as I started to accelerate around a corner. I reported to the agent who immediately reported it back to Uhaul (head office I must assume)
