The in side way dirty and the outside was dirty but overall not bad no damage on the cargo van

timothy bonniwellI made a reservation just to get there and somebody else supposedly took my U-Haul which is the $19.99. I get there to pick it up and they tell me somebody took my truck and I have to get the $29,99 truck and pay more. Very unprofessional and just wrong and didn't even try to make it right.

Jes SylvestreEasy to find location. Van had some leafs in the back but it wasn't an issue for us. The gentleman that helped me was very polite and friendly both at pick up and drop off. I would recommend this location for uhaul rentals.

kennedy nyachiroU-haul app didn't work for drop-off, I had to just leave the key in the box and hope it was legit. U-haul's equipment distribution team talked me into bringing an empty trailer since they supposedly needed more here, but the parking lot wasn't big enough to fit the truck and trailer. We had to partially block the driveway to get it parked.

Cynthia KallinI rented a trailer and when I arrived it was broken. I was given an alternative trailer that was four times the size I needed and I had to pay the difference. When we went to hook up the new trailer a part way broken off of the connector for electricity and had to buy the replacement part myself. What went from a $25 trailer rental turned into a $60+ rental. Wouldn't recommend.

Robert JanicekThe return location was a tobacco shop - not a big deal, there were other UHaul trucks parked out front. I told the gentleman inside I was there to return my UHaul rental and he asked me for the key. I gave it to him and he said I would receive a confirmation email from UHaul within 30 minutes. I asked if he had anything to give me to document the condition of the truck, proof that I returned the key, etc and he said I could wait there until I received the email but there was nothing else for him to do. I thought that was strange, but I looked around and noticed multiple security cameras, so I figured that would be documentation enough that I returned the key. Very odd return process, but I was in and out in about two minutes in a sketchy area, so I can't complain.

The location was very convenient but the lot was full of lots of broken down cars amongst the uhauls there. When I told him of the water leak from the roof, he did not even respond.

Abdul issakaI've rented with UHaul before, including very recently, and though I had a great experience recently, this time was awful. The location and the customer service was very poor. For one, it took forever to rent because they clearly barely know what they're doing. But the bigger issue is that they didn't tell me I couldn't park my personal car on the property while using the rental, and so after I'd already driven 45 minutes away in the rental, they gave me a phone call saying my car would get towed if I didn't make it back soon enough. Made my whole move 10x more stressful than it needed to be. Thank God I didn't get towed, but I'm never renting from this location ever again.

Drove 30 miles & ended up paying for 10 gallons of gas because I was unsure how much gas I used.. & did not want to underfill.. rather upsetting to not be credited for that occurrence.. especially when everyone else is better off because of it.. so youre welcome for the free gas..

Fabian RamirezThis location isn't conveniently located and the parking lot is packed ice. There is no one to greet drivers and no clear signs for where to park. The procedures aren't written out anywhere, which caused me to have to take several extra trips to the truck.
Jesse NelsonWhen our driver arrived to pick up the truck, there was a ton of snow on the truck and it took him 45 minutes to clean off the truck and then when he got into the truck it was on Empty, so he had to immediately go get gas in the truck. Because of these delays we were late picking up our donation and missed out on them and he returned the truck to the same location and a week later I was charged a huge fee stating that the vehicle was returned to the wrong location. I had to spend about an hour on the phone with customer service to get this resolved. The customer service agent was great, but this location needs to do better
