Reserved trailer months ahead and the pickup location was changed the day before. Had to drive over an hour each way to pick up the trailer.

I did not receive the pads that I paid $12 for. Lock was frozen tight and couldn't get the truck open.

was able to get me the trailer with the double doors. the guy that was checking me in had jacked up his back and had to use the forklift to get the trailer connected to my truck because he couldn't lift it. but was super friendly .

U haul interface and website is not user friendly and luckily you have good providers to solve issues that it causes.

I used the sheet given to know how much gas to put in the vehicle and it was off! I put more gas in it than was necessary so paid way more than necessary to fill the tank....then was charged another $14,1 for extra milage....you would think they could have cancelled that as I put more than that in extra gas in the vehicle....not great service....disappointing

I understand that the trucks arrive based on when people drop them off, but when I have a reservation set for pick up at 2 PM I do not appreciate a call 20 minutes prior that the truck is not there that is completely unacceptable to me, especially when I had to drive over an hour to pick the truck up.

I booked the trailer for Mankato bu when I got there they told me I had to pick it up in Faribault, MN. That was never mentioned!

This is not the fault of the locations, but I ordered this on the internet. The trailer was not the same as pictured. It was 4x8 x 4 not a normal trailer. had I known that would have rented a different one now I have to do another trip

Not a thing. This location always has helpful and friendly staff, equipment is always maintained, clean and ready to go. I use this location because it's so quick and easy to get in and out of there with what I need. Never had a problem here, and I suspect if I ever did it would be dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Your representatives including a manager from your managing office...a young lady who represented herself as the office manager colluded with the river bend office to create a lie that was absolutely unnecessary and very shady behavior....she thought that she was someone special and above the truth by doing some very unprofessional tactics...and at the end of the day, I still received my money back that she and her cohort attempted to scam me out of....dishonest, trashy attitude....

Wanted to pickup in the Twin Cities but had to make a "reservation" 45 min away. Then I got a message that my pickup location was 75 min away. What good is the reservation??

What you can do is, get a truck to where I scheduled it rather than trying to make me drive 30 miles or argue on the phone until you find one closer

I am rating this location as poor because of the customer service. The Uhaul sign was super small and there were no Uhaul vehicles anywhere, so I did not know if I was in the right spot. The guy who came out said i could leave keys with him and he would e-mail me the receipt. I said I wanted one before I left. He said he had nothing to give me. And did not know I was even coming. I waited over a half hour for him to do the paperwork as he helped other paying customers. It was not good customer service at all. I have worked in customer service and I know how to give good service. I am truly disappointed with this part of the trip and when I bring my next load up I will not be dropping off here.

Working with Nate at Riverbend Rental, was way above average in service! If needed in future, I will definitely go back to him & highly recommend this location to others!

I reserved everything online including putting in my credit card information when we picked up the trailer the employee needed it again making the process take longer than it should have.

It took a long time to get checked out as the rep felt he needed to go through all the details. I appreciate that he was probably just doing his job, but feel there could be a "quick" check out process for those of us that are frequent customers and know the requirements.

Truck was in good shape, only 35 000 miles. The guys were very helpful and accommodating, even though I showed up a couple hours earlier than expected.

Wasn't expecting to pick up here as we were on the hill and near the U-haul location on Madison Ave. I had to stop there to find out that my truck was the other rental location.

Truck was ready when I arrived but the blankets and the two wheeler was not. I had to drive to another location to pick up the rest of my reservation.

Nate was very helpful! Will definitely recommend Riverbend Rental. Should also note that a referral from a friend (with Nate specifically mentioned) is specifically why I went to Riverbend in the first place. Great rental experience.
