I did not receive the pads that I paid $12 for. Lock was frozen tight and couldn't get the truck open.

was able to get me the trailer with the double doors. the guy that was checking me in had jacked up his back and had to use the forklift to get the trailer connected to my truck because he couldn't lift it. but was super friendly .

I put more gas in it than was necessary so paid way more than necessary to fill the tank....then was charged another $14,1 for extra milage....you would think they could have cancelled that as I put more than that in extra gas in the vehicle....not great service....disappointing
