I was charged for some damage on return, no explanation of what the charge or damage was, as unit was returned as the same as when it was picked up.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisOverall, the truck was fairly clean.Cab was clean. The box had to be swept out before usage. Engine seemed to be well maintained, but the truck was old and the ride was rough. Felt like I was riding a meat wagon with no springs . The extended beverage holder broke off because of the bumpiness fortunately I had my full cup of coffee with a lid and no spill. I havehad much better U-Haul trucks in the past . Gentle Ride did not apply here. However, the attendant at the pick up location served us well.
MARLIN MVery accommodating.
