This is not the fault of the locations, but I ordered this on the internet. The trailer was not the same as pictured. It was 4x8 x 4 not a normal trailer. had I known that would have rented a different one now I have to do another tripWalter B.
Not a thing. This location always has helpful and friendly staff, equipment is always maintained, clean and ready to go. I use this location because it's so quick and easy to get in and out of there with what I need. Never had a problem here, and I suspect if I ever did it would be dealt with quickly and efficiently.ELAINE A.

Your representatives including a manager from your managing office...a young lady who represented herself as the office manager colluded with the river bend office to create a lie that was absolutely unnecessary and very shady behavior....she thought that she was someone special and above the truth by doing some very unprofessional tactics...and at the end of the day, I still received my money back that she and her cohort attempted to scam me out of....dishonest, trashy attitude....marvin M.
Wanted to pickup in the Twin Cities but had to make a â€œreservationâ€ 45 min away. Then I got a message that my pickup location was 75 min away. What good is the reservation??Andy C.

I am rating this location as poor because of the customer service. The Uhaul sign was super small and there were no Uhaul vehicles anywhere, so I did not know if I was in the right spot. The guy who came out said i could leave keys with him and he would e-mail me the receipt. I said I wanted one before I left. He said he had nothing to give me. And did not know I was even coming. I waited over a half hour for him to do the paperwork as he helped other paying customers. It was not good customer service at all. I have worked in customer service and I know how to give good service. I am truly disappointed with this part of the trip and when I bring my next load up I will not be dropping off here.Nathan V.

It took a long time to get checked out as the rep felt he needed to go through all the details. I appreciate that he was probably just doing his job, but feel there could be a "quick" check out process for those of us that are frequent customers and know the requirements.James H.

The equipment I reserved online was not available at my preferred location. I was directed to this location and they only had one trailer. The trailer was dirty and greasy. I couldn't go near it without getting soiled. The guy in the store was a little gruff. He was however happy to sell me a 4 to 7 pin electrical adaptor for twice -16 $ the expected price.Tim S.

A jack on the trailer hitch would be a handy addition but I think I understand why none of the trailers have jack stands. The gentlemen at the rental pickup location helped lift the trailer tongue onto the ball hitch.ROGER P.

It was a very nice little trailer. It served our needs perfectly, the rental place was very helpful. I thought the insurance was very high priced, for insurance to coast 50 % of the rental fee was to much. overall great job, keep up the good work.Gerald W.

Very efficient & accommodating when we picked up the truck. However, the Truck was very dirty & we had to clean it before we could load our furniture. The Truck also had several large holes in floor of truck. We called Riverbend Rental to alert them of the damage so we wouldn't be charged for it & told them it was dirty. They apologized for the dirty truck & made the note about the damage.KEITH B.
