I selected to have someone there to rent the unit to me, but no one was present and I had to go through the mobile check in. As a result I was charged $18 for furniture pads that I was not provided. I will be putting in a call to corporate.

This location is not where I secured the reservation. Instead it was considerably out of the way for me, several miles in the opposite direction of where I needed to go. This forced me to make major changes to my schedule, which was a significant negative imapact. Apart from that there were no specific issues with the location in terms of being able to secure the truck key.
Bruce BNo one was there for me to pick up the truck. There was no one to help me. The box for the return was broken. Because the store wasn't open, I had to wait 2 days for the final receipt. Overall the worst truck rental experience ever.
Sharon PThe 24/7 experience is, in short, awful. I had reserved a truck with Draftmaster (3359 Rte 130, Harrison City, PA 15636) for 9 AM. Between the App not being able to find my location and just overall slow loading, it took 20 to 30 minutes to get the keys. That's when we found we had the keys the wrong truck. (I had reserved a 15 foot and the keys were for a 26 foot truck in the lot). After calls to customer service and 24/7 team (the people I talked to were helpful), we finally got a truck - an hour and half later. It was frustrating and I wouldn't recommend that process to anyone. My family has used U-Haul plenty this year. In the future, we'll stick to picking the trucks up at in-person locations.

SUSAN NNot just randomly charge customer for extra fees and charges to their bank account without any explanation or approval first! Your unexpected charges used money needed for car insurance which will cause policy to lapse and payment to bounce.
TY DService light is as on when I picked up the vehicle. Inspection images were of a different vehicle I discovered when picking up the vehicle. Now I'm charged a cleaning fee. Vehicle was not returned until 2 days after I returned the vehicle! Worse service I have had with U-Haul! I demand a phone call and photos that show the necessity for a cleaning fee! I will absolutely post my displeasure online and on social media of this facility if this is not rectified immediately!
