I had a scheduled pickup for 10am that I was supposed to be able to use the app for. The keys were not where they were supposed to be and I had to sit around for an hour until the storefront opened before someone could get me keys. It was a huge waste of my time while I had movers waiting for me to get back with the truck.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisCheck engine light was on. Gas cap light was on. Muddy parking lot.
DOUGLAS CUnprofessional and rude on the phone. Truck did not have a dolly and blankets that I requested, and there was no one in their trashy building.
ANTHONY WWe dropped the truck off after hours so there were no employees there. The convenience of the location was great and the drop.off went smoothly. Thanks so much UHaul for a great experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
