This particular truck seemed like it needed some upkeep and or repairs, the ramp was covered in mol or some sort of black slippery mildew or something, my friend and I spent 10 minutes trying to clean it off good enough so that we wouldn't fall and hurt ourselves. we couldn't get it all off, it was definitely a slipping hazard. We told the location about the problem so hopefully it got fixed but I hope no one hurts themselves on it because like I said, it really really was as slippery as glass, i could not get any traction whatsoever on that ramp, very dangerous!!.

Kameron SThis location was extremely helpful. They got us a very clean truck at the last second when my original pickup was scheduled at a car lot dealer off of the parkway in South Huntsville. The other pick up location was super unprofessional! The main contact person that I worked with last week for my other uhaul was also there for this pick up but he acted like he didn't work there and got in a car and left the property all because he overbooked his trucks and couldn't be a grown up and tell us that. In stead he moves our reservation to a new location without warning, delaying our movers over 2 hours which cost me hundreds of dollars more than if he just simply grew up and said they overbooked. Safe mini storage however was fantastic and the woman at the counter was super nice and understanding. She explained everything perfectly and the truck was spotless.

SCOTT SFix your connectivity issues so that customers aren't waiting for the computer to do its thing. That is the ONLY issue I had at this location. Everything else was perfect. Kimberly was very sweet and helpful as well!

Michael MContinue the outstanding work by Kimberly. She handled the pre and post rental activities perfectly and made it look easy. Also Shorty, who handled my reservation, was very good, knew all the right questions, had all the right answers.
Michael RTruck had some age on it and the last person to rent it was a slob who trashed the interior. It was cleaned up well but there was residue, nothing bad just a picky point. Rental experience went very smooth and the truck had no mechanical issues. I had drive 400+ miles dead head to the destination and was beat to death the entire distance. Trip back with a load was a much better ride. Nature of the beast, these trucks are designed to travel with a load. Had good power. Fuel mileage was 11mpg both empty and loaded. Have rented many times to move family, will do it again and recommend these guys.

JULIO GAlthough serviceable and safe, the truck itself is worn out and needs to be salvaged. Steering is very loose and the suspension is worn out - not a good reflection on UHaul. Has nothing to do with this pick-up location.

Moath AI rented the truck online. Uhaul changed the location without telling me. I was supposed to get a call but no one called. Since the facility was not staffed I had to use the mobile app to get the truck. The app would not accept my pictures. When I finally got up with a uhaul rep she said I had to use Chrome to access the website then hung up before I was ready. Had same problem trying to return the truck. Fortunately I had a friend with me with iPhone. I will never do this again.

LOUISE CFix the reservation process that is vastly terrible. I selected a truck at a location near my house on the Uhaul website and reserved a truck Uhaul then changed my rental location to Brownsboro. I checked my reservation online and it said S. Huntsville. I called and Uhaul confirmed it was S. Huntsville. I showed up to the S. HSV Uhaul place at 0830 and no truck then had to drive 30 min away to pick up a truck. Uhaul did change my pickup time from 0800 to 0930 and I appreciate that. But, please hire a capable web site manager and App developer and fix the desperately flawed Uhaul online experience.
Josh CIt wasn't the location we had a problem with, it was the truck, doesn't need to be used, it had exhaust problems, oil light stayed on, pulled to the right very badly. I suggest taking this truck out of service And logging in process to pick up and drop off is way too much, it shouldn't take this much to rent a truck, you have a persons drivers license, calling someone to verify who you are is simply too much

ALEXANDRIA Vinform the customer the easiest way to pickup and return is to download the app and turn on location services on their phone. i had to figure this out.
nick rEverything about this location was fine. But they changed our drop off location from the place I selected in Crump, TN. She told me she would set it up so we could drop it off wherever we chose to, but some how set it to another location in Savannah, TN. So this meant we drove to Crump, only to find out we couldn't return it there. So then we had to drive back to Savannah. Not only was this inconvenient, but my mother in law had to watch our son for twice as long as we had told her.

HAROLD KThis was the second time I showed up to this location to drop off my trailer. A woman came running out of the building as my husband was backing the trailer into a parking spot, telling us that we would be charged extra because we weren't schedule to drop it off at this location, I have rented u haul trailers many times and never have I had anyone try to convince me I couldn't drop it off where ever i needed to. This same lady sent me to a different place last week, because I had never had anyone tell me I would be charged extra for dropping equipment off, I took it elsewhere. But I spoke with the very friendly and helpful lady at the place where I pick up and she assured me I could drop equipment at any u haul location. So I insisted on leaving it there this time. Obviously no "extra fees" were charged. I am not sure why, but these smaller locations are not given as a drop off option when making a reservation on line. Even when I put in the zip code for these locations, it doesn't give them as an option for drop off. Anyway. I wish I would have gotten the lady's name who was so rude and obviously didn't wanna do whatever is supposed to be done to deal with a trailer. 2 different times she was absolutely ridiculous telling me I would be charged extra because it's not scheduled to drop at this location, when the place I picked up from said the drop off location would be left blank and I could drop it where I want. As long as I need to rent a trailer for this move, I will continue to return them at this location so she needs to calm down.
Jody SOnly problem was fuel level. The paperwork was incorrect and I had to spend an additional $35 on fuel.
John SThe equipment was returned on the same day at 9pm on Friday and when I saw my bill on Monday they charged me $20 extra for " after hours service fee". Stay away from this place !!!
