Kameron SThis location was extremely helpful. They got us a very clean truck at the last second when my original pickup was scheduled at a car lot dealer off of the parkway in South Huntsville. The other pick up location was super unprofessional! The main contact person that I worked with last week for my other uhaul was also there for this pick up but he acted like he didn’t work there and got in a car and left the property all because he overbooked his trucks and couldn’t be a grown up and tell us that. In stead he moves our reservation to a new location without warning, delaying our movers over 2 hours which cost me hundreds of dollars more than if he just simply grew up and said they overbooked. Safe mini storage however was fantastic and the woman at the counter was super nice and understanding. She explained everything perfectly and the truck was spotless.

SCOTT SFix your connectivity issues so that customers aren’t waiting for the computer to do its thing. That is the ONLY issue I had at this location. Everything else was perfect. Kimberly was very sweet and helpful as well!
