GINA LIT WAS IN THE EVENING, WASN'T SURE WHERE TO DROP OFF THE TRUCK, WITH A RECENT SNOW STORM IT WAS HARD TO TELL. THE KEY DROP OFF BOX WAS EASY TO FIND.
kent sI originally reserved a truck that showed available for my dates in Sidney, NE. 2 days prior to my move, I received a text that U-Haul updated the location of my rental to Kimball, NE. I was already a half an hour from Sidney, now I had to make a two hour round trip to pick my rental up. I called U-Haul and of course they could not help and simply said there were no trucks available anywhere near me. The lady in the Kimball store was a great help! When I went to drop it off in Greeley, CO., the app continued to freeze up when I selected "Return my rental". I had to get on a chat with support to finalize my return. The truck was in good shape and well maintained. I have no issues with the rental locations themselves, just the on-line and app driven service that U-Haul offers.

Robert EYou need to stop over booking your equipment so when your customers go to pick it up it's there. Why make a reservation if your not going to honor it?? This is our 3 negative experience with uhaul and will not recommend your business to others unless you change your business logistics. This pick up location listed is not where our original reservation was scheduled. They were very nice and accommodating. We did not get the equipment we reserved however they did not have the equipment on location that we originally reserved. We were told to contact traffic and basically figure out an alternate plan ourselves. Traffic then said they would call us back after they located another trailer....that never happened. I could continue with the story from 5/13/21....the take away is DONT USE UHAUL!!!!

ARLEN MThey were very very friendly. The location itself was strange. The store area was cluttered, there was a very, very large dog (who seemed mostly friendly but definitely intimidating), and we had to drive somewhere else to actually get the trailer. The store being cluttered/somewhat dirty was probably because it wasn't solely a U-Haul service location. The people were super friendly; they just didn't seem very prepared for us. It wasn't a particularly bad experience - but if I'm being completely honest it felt a bit unprofessional from what I've experienced before.
Zach HThe people at the uhaul location are always helpful and friendly. However the equipment is never in the requested location. I have had to drive up to 60 miles out of the way to get it. The phone help is 50/50 . Some are helpful and others just rude.
Penny GI called after hours. The lady was still there and told me to come on down. I appreciated being able to get the trailer early. She was very helpful.

Edwin BTrailer was in the middle of a field. Hitch had stuck in the dirt. Had to lift myself.
BRENDA SLocation was a state away from where I had reserved it for. But that was not the fault of the people in Kimball Nebraska. U-Haul should do a better job of informing customers that is possible they will have to drive over a hundred miles to get their equipment.! My moving crew was scheduled to come the morning of pickup, so I had to drive to Nebraska to get the equipment. Which delayed our day. But the equipment work fine, and the people at the U-Haul dealership were terrific!
Murraylou mI received the truck with a check engine light on. I was told the truck was ok and the fluids were checked. I drove the truck back to my home which was 45 miles away and after it sat for a while I checked the fluids. The oil was 3 quarts low. For the amount of money you pay to use these trucks they should be clean and well maintained.

Patrick SThe location I was suppose to pick my rental up didn't have the equipment at the scheduled pickup time. I had to drive 80 miles round trip to this location to get the equipment on the scheduled day of pickup. $50 didn't even cover my fuel cost for trip. Very disappointed.

Phillip HI had broken items and I was not helped with getting reimbursement for them. I did pay for safe move. People were very rude and the equipment did not work right. Worst moving experience of my life!

Jennifer LThere was a cigarette butt in the ashtray and a Gateraid bottle with sunflower seed shells under the passenger seat--so to improve for future customers, do a little extra looking in the cab for forgotten trash. Overall the vehicle and service was great. Merci!
JACK WWhen someone lives in Cheyenne WY they should not have to drive 120 miles to get and bring home an item. The staff was kind but I lost time from work and paid for fuel for 120 miles. I would like a call! 307=630-2723 I believe Uhaul should have to compensate me for the unnessary infranction on my time.
Dawn GThe lady who assisted in the pickup was rude and did not appear to know what she was doing. The trailer rental was paid for in advance and she refused to accept this could be possible and to pull the information via the contract number. Finally another co-worker was able to convince her to look it up this was and she found it. It took an hour to pick up a trailer and we were the only customers there!

MARSHALL LTruck had stuff in it that belonged to Schadegg Oil. Had to deliver it back to them before I could use the truck.
STEVEN HWhen we booked a truck in Cheyenne, it was not made clear that we might have to go to another location to pick it up. Received call 24hrs before pickup that we would need a 160 mile round trip to Ft Collins for pick up. We were already expecting an 80 mile round trip for a Cheyenne pickup. The Cheyenne store worked hard to rearrange pickup at Kimball, which was much more convenient. UHaul needs to make it more clear initially that pickup may require a long trip.
DEAN SI requested a 17ft truck I was given a 14ft and told it was a 17ft I paid for a 17th truck No one has tried to help me fix this. But have no problem to continue to debt my account for further charges??? NOT HAPPY
