Robert E.You need to stop over booking your equipment so when your customers go to pick it up it's there. Why make a reservation if your not going to honor it?? This is our 3 negative experience with uhaul and will not recommend your business to others unless you change your business logistics. This pick up location listed is not where our original reservation was scheduled. They were very nice and accommodating. We did not get the equipment we reserved however they did not have the equipment on location that we originally reserved. We were told to contact traffic and basically figure out an alternate plan ourselves. Traffic then said they would call us back after they located another trailer....that never happened. I could continue with the story from 5/13/21....the take away is DONT USE UHAUL!!!!
