I originally reserved a truck that showed available for my dates in Sidney, NE. 2 days prior to my move, I received a text that U-Haul updated the location of my rental to Kimball, NE. I was already a half an hour from Sidney, now I had to make a two hour round trip to pick my rental up. I called U-Haul and of course they could not help and simply said there were no trucks available anywhere near me. The lady in the Kimball store was a great help! When I went to drop it off in Greeley, CO., the app continued to freeze up when I selected "Return my rental". I had to get on a chat with support to finalize my return. The truck was in good shape and well maintained. I have no issues with the rental locations themselves, just the on-line and app driven service that U-Haul offers.
