The woman who checked me in and gave me the keys to the truck that I rented was extremely rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. I've never had an experience with U-Haul like this, and will not be using U-Haul in the future because of it. Never have I had anybody ask me what I was using the truck for but also tell me it's required she takes a picture of me with her personal phone for U-Haul's sake. Also, when I at one point asked her why she needed a third contact information for me, she replied, with “you don't have to rent the truck”. I watched her previous interaction with a customer before me, and she wasn't near as rude and didn't take her picture nor ask her what she was using her rental for.

Letting people know that when they drop off the truck in Terrell that they can't get there deposit back the same day it has to be mailed back to them. Which wasn't discussed when you pick up the truck.

Location person quite rude. Was not happy that we were dropping off there. Upon entering we asked where was the drop off and the response was "hopefully not here" and was asked what the paperwork said. Show it ro then which immediately garnered a response of "don't know why they keep sending me trucks. I have roo many. Just leave the keys andi will get to it after I finish cleaning up this mess. I am busy. You'll get an email when I'm done" Not what I would expect and would certainly not recommend this location.

It took the lady 45 minutes to check me in The lady would stop and wait on the drive thru window. While I had men out side waiting to drive the truck I order the truck over a month ahead. Did not have 2 dolly's I had ask for. I had ask to get in Kaufman Tx Sent me to Terrell Tx. This made me half to pay extra mileage when I drop if the truck. Also I ask to drop of on the west end of Hwy 377 in Granbury and she put me on the East side of Granbury. The lady at that location was very nice. She was able to get it transferred. Scottys was not open when we dropped off the uhaul truck. We could not get the uhaul link to work so I had to call Monday morning to make sure the truck was checked in. Lady on the phone was very nice and helpful

The lady that processed paperwork and did inspection after truck was returned was very unprofessional. The fuel level was 5/8 when rented and I returned it with 3/4 full. She said that I would be charged for fuel because it was less than 5/8. She apparently does not know simple math but when I tried to explain, she said she did not want to argue. I will NOT ever rent from there again and will make sure that anyone who asks me where to rent, I will tell them anywhere but that location.

First, you need to honor reservations and warn of a deposit before the transaction. My reservation was for 11 however no truck was available until nearly 2pm, throwing us hours off schedule. Now, you want to take half of the unexpected deposit when I deserve the full fee back for my inconvenience. How horrible of you Uhaul!!

Location was at a liquor store , not a u-haul facility. Very confusing when you are looking for a u-haul place. The truck was cleaned out and sweep clean. The u-haul person said that it really wasn't clean. The place where we rented the truck said to deliver the truck back to one location but ended driving several miles further away and that cost more fuel and miles. Truck was ok but had a terrible odor but we spray Lysol inside and cleaned it up.

The online pickup was a little frustrating for me as I had to take and retake photos of drivers license front and back but that could be on me. However the customer service was excellent and we finally got her done. I rented a 10 ft van for a small move and this size apparently doesn't have a ramp but it does sit low so it wasn't bad if you have a helper. All in all it was a very good experience and I highly recommend

As a brand y'all can be more precise on where your equipment is located and what vendors have so people don't have to waste time and gas picking up a product. This has nothing to do with where I picked up from but uhaul as a whole for my area.

We pointed out the tires were bald and the lady told us that's what road assistance is for. She was extremely rude. The frame on the tow dolly was cracked in two places. If we had put a car on this ot could have killed someone. We told the lady and she said so like she didn't even care. People's lives are on the line when you rent out faulty equipment. I asked her who looked at this and inspected it. She said she did. I had to wait almost 5 hours for yall to come tow your dolly back and couldn't pickup another until the next day. Wasted alot of time. I believe yall should have refunded my money but most importantly I can't believe uhaul let's a place like that ruin their name and put people's lives in danger. That tow dolly can't hold a car. It would have broke and probably ruined my truck and possibly killed people. When talking to the lady that rented it to me she didn't even care. She was extremely hateful. I even told her that attitude is not acceptable working in customer service but once again she didn't care.

Owner of shop arrived at 10am, which is when his regular business opens (liquor store). I had no problem with it, until I had to wait for him to do all of his regular opening duties for his business before taking care of an awaiting U-Haul customer that was there 20 min early to make sure I got the truck asap with a reservation to pick up truck at 10am. Once he was ready to take care of me, he found out that the truck I was picking up had not been checked in. He had some problem with the system checking it in and navigating the system. Finally he was able to check it in and then had to open my reservation and try to check the truck and dolly out to me. He again had problems with the system. Approximately 45 min after opening the door, I was escorted to the truck, which had NOT been cleaned or checked over for a long road trip. He then pointed at a dolly that was NOT attached/connected to the truck and told me to hook it up, so he could go back inside and finish the process. I know that is NOT my job to hook up the dolly, but I did it anyway just to get things done. AGAIN, the truck was NOT cleaned specially now days with COVID issues, which is unacceptable. I took the truck anyway because I need it. I eventually left the pick up location at 10:55 and that is not counting that I was there 20 minutes before it even opened (I know it's was my choice to be there early, but needed the truck asap).. My urgency was that I had hired 2 subjects (10am), who were waiting form me at the residence to help me load up the truck and I basically PAID them one hour each for standing around waiting for me to arrive at the location with the truck. I found this experience extremely upsetting at the amount of time it took, the lack of equipment maintenance (cleaning) and quality of service. I would NOT recommend anyone to pick up at that location.

This was a horrible experience. The man at the rental place spoke almost no English. He knew absolutely nothing about the equipment and how to hook it up. Could not answer any questions. He said he was a substitute. Anyway we went by the T& T Farm Supply which is where we were supposed to pick up the trailer originally. They looked at the way it was hooked up. It was not correct, but they were kind enough to fix the hookup for us. Again not a good experience at all.

While I understand, Uhaul rentals are not a primary job function for someone working at this location (a liquor store) the fact they offer the service, they need to treat their Uhaul customers with the same level of customer service as their store customers. We were treated as though we were an inconvenience and essentially charged for two extra days. I understand one extra day. Our rental was for Friday at 10:30am to Sunday at noon. If we were to be charged for the extra day since this location is closed on Sundays, that is acceptable. What is not acceptable is that we were charged a fourth day upon return of the rental, even though we returned it by noon on Sunday and have time stamped photos to prove the return. The trailer was in its place Monday morning when the store opened, yet when they finally got around to doing their part to check it back in, we we're charged the fourth day. So we paid for four full days, even though we only had possession of the trailer for less than 50 hours.

My experience was good until I was charged another $99 that I was not made aware of. This was not reflected on my receipt and was not approved by me. The van I rented was returned with the correct amount of gas, clean, on time, and in the same condition that it was in when I picked it up. I would like a refund of the $99.
