Lady made you feel like I was a disruption in her liquor delivery. I will never go to this location again! No area to move around.
Christopher MThe female representative yelled at me to move the U-Haul to another location then pointed at her business stating this is the location. I was only slightly to the right side where other U-Haul trucks were parked. When I asked a question she just pointed as she walked away tossing a cigarette butt my direction. She was extremely rude and seemed very angry. She as mentioned she owned that store. I have lived in Terrell 48 years and will not be visiting her store again. I also discourage others from patronizing her store Scotty’s Party Pak alcohol beverage store.
LESLIE WLady did not want to help at all. She was down right mad that someone was renting a uhaul
TAMMY RI mistakenly dropped the key off next door to the liquor store which was truly, 100% my Mistake. The building next door has a drop box for keys as well. I’d suggest marking that door with “not for U-Haul.” Where my problem is with the person that called me and was very rude to me in explaining my mistake. “It’s not my fault you can’t read.” Is not how you talk to a customer under any circumstances. She said she’d charge me for the days between drop off and getting the key, which they did, Fair enough, I made an error. She can talk to her kids that way, but don’t dare talk to customers like that.
