We arrived 10 minutes early and she stated at 9:00 pick up time she was not used to anyone being on time. We had to meet in the parking lot in the open. We ordered a 26 ft truck with 60 pads and two dollies. The associate only had parking lot business, no privacy and was not organized or prepared. Our information online was not in her file for the drivers or updated credit cards. There were only 3 pads that were dirty and she said they are never cleaned just reused. She had one dolly and did not apologize just stated we could drive to Columbus road and pick up our 60 pads. She did not verify our credit card that we gave her and kept saying it declined come to find out she had our old card on file. We had to leave and get cash and call our credit card company to find out she never ran it. Her disorganization cost us several hours of time for preparation we needed for our paid movers we had coming to our house. Because of the mistakes and time needed to pick up the furniture pads we got home as the movers got there. This was the most disorganized move ever! We were moving our household out of state and time was everything. She cost us to have to purchase another truck because my moving time ran out. I am very disappointed in the management not even calling us, but sending a 50 gift card email. I would not recommend this business in Canton again. We have always rented in Massillon and always had a good experience. Very disappointed in Uhaul for sending an email and 50 gift card. Don !

The truck was terrible to drive long distance. Speakers didn't work and winshield wipers were bad,etc.. Uhaul is a great company, i just wish they had better trucks. I will use them forever tho even if they don't have cruise control.

NATE LThe agent was friendly and helpful but there was only a small UHaul sign on the door of the insurance office where the pick up was to occur. I was not sure I was in the right location. Then I had to call a phone number to reach the agent to pick up the vehicle.

Due to problems registering us, she spent about 45 minutes correcting the problem. The 10 foot truck we rented was clean, well kept up and easy to drive. Thanks
ROBERT S1 I got charged for a dolly that wasn't in the truck and the miles that was shown on the paper work wasn't correct and I got charges miles that I didn't drive. So my experience was not a very good one.

Chris MWhen you go to uhaul.com to reserve a trailer on Sundays they don't open up till 9 but you can reserve one at 7 a.m. it doesn't say that on the website alder says it's you can start at 7 pick up and they don't open up till 9
