Zack was excellent & efficient. He quickly had our contract done & handled our return & payment with ease. He was very welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. We would recommend this location to others. Only negative was some waiting as the location is in the convenience store of a service station so often there is a short wait while customers of the store are handled.

Service representative friendly and polite, but the equipment is located far from the building, and he was by himself, so I hitched up the trailer. Worked fine for me, but maybe won't work for everyone. I rented the trailer at 3:30PM, 12/24 for 24 hours , but later received an automated text message at 8:57PM that the trailer was due at 9:45PM, or there would be a $20 convenience fee. I returned the trailer at 2PM 12/25, and the same UHaul rep cleared up the billing for me to only have a one day charge and no $20 convenience charge. I have no idea what triggered the late night text message from Uhaul, but it was disturbing.

Everything was fine but I was surprised that the fee ended up at almost twice the 19.95 due mostly to the 79 Cent mileage charge. We had the truck for two hours and went 17 miles.

The size truck we had reserved was not available when we arrived. We had to rent a smaller truck to start our move. Management should have taken action before the pick up date to insure what we reserved was at the location. We moved what we could but have had to make multiple trips with our vehicle when it could have been done in one day with the larger truck. Fortunately it was not a long distance move however aggravating.

Even though I was guaranteed by uhaul that this was where to drop the trailer off, and I even re-verified it the day of the drop off with uhaul, the agent, when I drove to that location refused to accept the uhaul trailer, forcing me to use more gas to try to go to someone who would take it--a round-trip hour more of driving and gas. I was told I'd at least be refunded $30 but have not seen even that refund. I'll be posting a bad revue online soon about this inconsiderate breach of contract. They later took the truck return, no doubt because that paid better.

Make sure it’s road worthy -and that the lights work, etc. it cost me $25 to get them checked out and then I had to get another trailer from another location. someone needs to be there to help with hitching trailer to truck. I did it alone.

There was only one person working at the gas station and she was doing both jobs, not her fault. I then had to do the pick up through my phone as the computer system was not working correctly. The attendant was good but needed help. Plus there was no one to show me to the trailer and hook it up. Fortunately I have had experience with larger trailers.

After I paid more than my online quote, I walked out to hook up the 6' x12' trailer to my truck by myself. No help. Then after I hooked it up I had to spend some time trying to get my Ram 2500 with 12' trailer out of a corner that was surrounded by other trailers and long uhaul trucks. I'm amazed I was finally able to get it out. I purposely reserved at another location, knowing this uhaul at a shell station wouldn't be organized but I got bumped over to this location anyhow. Wouldn't recommend.

Do not abuse the gas and fee charges when customer tells you they put more gas into the truck than mileage drove. I lost my receipt and was still charged for gas and the $30.00 fee even though I had a witness and told them I put 6 gallons in before returning. They used my debit card as an ATM with no leniency at all. Will never return unless they refund me $66. they took as extra

Do something to better train the morning people...the afternoon and evening folks had to jump through all kinds of hoops to TRY to get the 10' truck available in the system as it had been mishandled earlier. Even the head guy not in the store could not fix the issue.

No record of my reservation when I arrived to pick up the truck. Had to wait for a new reservation to be filed by the customer service representative at the Shell station. She searched for my reservation using confirmation number, my name, and my phone number. I am glad that they did have a truck for me. What's up with that?

You might look at getting a new drop-off location. My first issue is that the young man told me there was no room for me to drop off my truck, when I explained to him I had reservation for both trucks at the Beta Street location, he said he didn't know what he could do and gave me the "truck depot" number. When I called that number, the representative said "oh no they have room, give me a couple of minutes and I will get back with you" when she did come back come on line she told me that they did have room. The second problem is that when I got there with truck number one, the young man said "I've never seen this before the computer says i cant access your information" he took my contract and truck keys and said "i will have to write a note and leave it for the supervisor in the morning". I admit there was an issue later on in that my husband wanted either the contract back or a tactile hard copy of the contract - the young man did not comply. It is at that point he told my husband that the "Shell" was being converted to a "Chevron" and they would be closed part of the following day. We go on Tuesday July 15, to return truck number two, everything was locked up, a note on the door said to leave the keys in the key box (not locked) we did, and I called the "truck depot" number and reported to Esteban the situation and that we had returned the truck. I watched my husband put gas in the vehicle, but when it came time to follow-up the July 17, the had not checked the truck in until that afternoon. They attempted to charge a late return fee, which ultimately got dismissed through upper UHaul; they also tried to overcharge for gas (I watched my husband put in gas) a call on our part to UHaul waived that charge. These people were unmotivated, untruthful, and beligerent. When I asked for the store manager's name they gave me Jose - saying they did not know his last name. They would not give us his number, nor tell us they would have him call us back. Honestly, if the young man had been upfront about the whole switch over I would probably asked the "truck depot" for another return location. It was a total cluster - and the height of obnoxious behavior complete with disrespect and condescension. Should a family or friend want to use UHaul to move to Green Valley, I will definitely advise them to stay away from the Beta return center

This is not for this location, but U-Haul can fuck off with picking the return location. Over a dozen locations closer to my destination but the "only one accepting the equipment" was 30+ minutes away from me.

No hitches. Unlike a recent uhaul experience, equipment was there and ready to go and staff knew how to work the reservation system. Quick in, out and return. 5 stars if they had someone to hook up trailer...not an issue for me, but might be for someone not experienced with trailers

Unfortunately, this U-Haul was part of a convenience store. The people operating the store also handled the U-haul rental. They could not assist us or give us any guidance with attaching a U-Haul trailer to our vehicle. So if you have never done this I would not recommend them. Thank Heavens my sister hauls horse trailers and knew what to do. As a precaution, once connected we drove over to another U-Haul rental in Green Valley, 800 W Camino Casa Verde, Green Valley AZ 85614. They were EXCELLENT, assisted us in insuring the trailer was connected properly; plus, gave us tips on how to better secure the hitch, how to raise the chains so they did not drag and how to minimize the hitch noise.

No help offered to hook up trailer!!! One young lady running service station,store and u-haul. She did finally close store and tried to help, but no experience with trailers and felt she was in trouble for locking doors. At any rate lights not checked, chains not installed correctly & hitch not tighten down correctly. Not my usual experience with u-haul. My appointment was 7:00 A M. and she said mgr. Was not expected any time soon. My question is why was I paying u-haul if I was expected to do work, puncture my finger, scratch my number ( trailer parked on slight incline and not blocked) Not Happy camper.

the lady couldn't get the dolly on the hitch. I worked on it and finlly got it. I had to get my tools out and take a safety chain off another dolly because ours was missing one. the equipment was filthy and now my hands were black. the straps wouldn't come out and the lady said it wasn't her responsibility . I understood that. But we contacted the manager and he also said it was not his responsibility. I towed the dolly over to the U-Haul off Canada where I had requested the pickup and that gentleman helped me with the staps and made sure I had loaded properly. Your customer service was lacking and quality control non-existant. It wasn't the lady's fault. You have them doing way too much to be able to assist clients with rentals. Shame

I did the express check in that amounted to Nothing. I still had do the full checking since the online reservation did Not Communicate my information to the dealer. The girls working There did Not assist me with connecting to The Trailer to Make I had it connected properly and all Was good with the Trailer. Over all it was not a great experience.

The employees did not know how to check out a ten ft Van. Their phone wasn’t being answered when I called to get price for one more day. I had to drive ten extra miles each way and so they charged me 71.00 more than I was quoted. Went to return the van, filled with gas, explained to mgr about why I was quoted 100.00 and I asked why he was quoting 71.00 more. He called again and stated 62.09 more was going to be billed. When I was checked out it took 25 minutes of being told she would get to me but had to wait on people buying candy bars. I have always rented from uhaul for 50 years. This was the worst uhaul rental experience I have ever been given, don’t rent from this group. The windshield of the van had so many bugs it was hard to see through the windshield. The mgr is too cheap to give proper training on uhaul rentals. It was unbelievable poor experience. He charged me $71.00 for the extra five miles!
