Truck battery was dead had to jump it multiple times . Clerk was sympathetic. Nothing anyone could do!

There was only one person working at the gas station and she was doing both jobs, not her fault. I then had to do the pick up through my phone as the computer system was not working correctly. The attendant was good but needed help. Plus there was no one to show me to the trailer and hook it up. Fortunately I have had experience with larger trailers.

After I paid more than my online quote, I walked out to hook up the 6' x12' trailer to my truck by myself. No help. Then after I hooked it up I had to spend some time trying to get my Ram 2500 with 12' trailer out of a corner that was surrounded by other trailers and long uhaul trucks. I'm amazed I was finally able to get it out. I purposely reserved at another location, knowing this uhaul at a shell station wouldn't be organized but I got bumped over to this location anyhow. Wouldn't recommend.

Do not abuse the gas and fee charges when customer tells you they put more gas into the truck than mileage drove. I lost my receipt and was still charged for gas and the $30.00 fee even though I had a witness and told them I put 6 gallons in before returning. They used my debit card as an ATM with no leniency at all. Will never return unless they refund me $66. they took as extra

No one there to help me hook up my trailer or check to see if done correct,when I returned trailer I found out I towed 1600+ miles with the trailer hooked uncorrect.

Do something to better train the morning people...the afternoon and evening folks had to jump through all kinds of hoops to TRY to get the 10' truck available in the system as it had been mishandled earlier. Even the head guy not in the store could not fix the issue.

My car hauling trailer needed to have the ratchets for tightening the straps that go over the vehicle's front wheels oiled. It was almost impossible to release the straps.

I don't want to bash anybody you know the equipment could be a little bit cleaner and they got my trucks mixed up they gave me the wrong truck but you know everybody makes mistakes I'm grateful and the staff is great it's a great location thank you U-Haul

No record of my reservation when I arrived to pick up the truck. Had to wait for a new reservation to be filed by the customer service representative at the Shell station. She searched for my reservation using confirmation number, my name, and my phone number. I am glad that they did have a truck for me. What's up with that?

You might look at getting a new drop-off location. My first issue is that the young man told me there was no room for me to drop off my truck, when I explained to him I had reservation for both trucks at the Beta Street location, he said he didn't know what he could do and gave me the "truck depot" number. When I called that number, the representative said "oh no they have room, give me a couple of minutes and I will get back with you" when she did come back come on line she told me that they did have room. The second problem is that when I got there with truck number one, the young man said "I've never seen this before the computer says i cant access your information" he took my contract and truck keys and said "i will have to write a note and leave it for the supervisor in the morning". I admit there was an issue later on in that my husband wanted either the contract back or a tactile hard copy of the contract - the young man did not comply. It is at that point he told my husband that the "Shell" was being converted to a "Chevron" and they would be closed part of the following day. We go on Tuesday July 15, to return truck number two, everything was locked up, a note on the door said to leave the keys in the key box (not locked) we did, and I called the "truck depot" number and reported to Esteban the situation and that we had returned the truck. I watched my husband put gas in the vehicle, but when it came time to follow-up the July 17, the had not checked the truck in until that afternoon. They attempted to charge a late return fee, which ultimately got dismissed through upper UHaul; they also tried to overcharge for gas (I watched my husband put in gas) a call on our part to UHaul waived that charge. These people were unmotivated, untruthful, and beligerent. When I asked for the store manager's name they gave me Jose - saying they did not know his last name. They would not give us his number, nor tell us they would have him call us back. Honestly, if the young man had been upfront about the whole switch over I would probably asked the "truck depot" for another return location. It was a total cluster - and the height of obnoxious behavior complete with disrespect and condescension. Should a family or friend want to use UHaul to move to Green Valley, I will definitely advise them to stay away from the Beta return center

This is not for this location, but U-Haul can fuck off with picking the return location. Over a dozen locations closer to my destination but the "only one accepting the equipment" was 30+ minutes away from me.

No hitches. Unlike a recent uhaul experience, equipment was there and ready to go and staff knew how to work the reservation system. Quick in, out and return. 5 stars if they had someone to hook up trailer...not an issue for me, but might be for someone not experienced with trailers

Charged me for 3 days with the truck and an extra 60 miles saying i would need it. Didn't get a refund for what we didn't use so got ripped off around 100 dollars. Will never use again.
