Anthony JWhen I first got there, I was met by one of the people who ran the location. She was leaving the building (house) and asked me if I was here to pick up a truck. I said yes and she walked on past me to go help someone working on a truck. I stood there waiting for her to come back to me to check me out for what seemed like 10 minutes at least. It was not made clear what I needed to do to get checked out. Then, once I got the keys and pulled out of the driveway I noticed that the truck was literally shaking, steering column, etc down the road. I didn't realize until after driving down the freeway that this shaking was largely caused by huge chunks of rock/dirt in the wheels that had to be shook loose. The truck was spitting out small boulders out from underneath, nearly hitting the windshields of any cars driving behind it. Also, the shift lever was very wonky and nearly impossible to put into gear. Luckily no one was hurt and the truck finally started running properly, for the most part. I still think they need to fix the shift stick.
Deborah RNothing. The gentleman that helped us was wonderful. He called us the day before to make sure what location we needed to go to for the trailer. Made sure we had directions and hooked the trailer up for us.

Cary JOverall the pickup was fine however I had initially requested 1 location, it got moved to another that was 2 miles away - no problem. It was guaranteed there however when I showed up, there was no trailer. Ended up wasting over 30 minutes there trying to sort it out, then called dispatch up and they had to go to 2 more places the final being over 35 miles away from my pickup location so an almost 90 mile round trip experience for a "guaranteed" pickup. Very frustrating and disappointing for a "guarantee" that means nothing.
JEREMY MOverall experience was good. Things to improve on, I was not given a code for the key lockbox. Had to call U-Haul direct to get the code. Also, was not given any of the dolly's and furniture blankets I had rented. Had to make another trip back to the location when they were open to pick up the blankets. Still waiting on a credit for the dolly's.

Dennis FThe check in service went down so we were running behind BUT uhaul did extend our time to return the truck. So that was great. BUT the place where we went to pick up and drop off in Baldwin the owners dog jumped up on my driver's side door and scratched my vehicle.

Brian PHad reservation, no one there and office closed at time of pick up. Only one trailer on site and lights were not working. Spoke with location employee via phone, he was nice and tried to help find an alternative. I called and found another trailer location for uhaul a few miles away which worked out. The man I spoke with at original location was going to have a discount applied to my rental for the inconvenience and stated it would be taken care of and of course, that did not happen. Would not recommend.

Timothy MAC did not work, truck was dirty inside & only had 1/4 tank of gas. Brakes are about worn out but we made it from Wisconsin to Florida so that is good.
Mari BAlthough the location is not the standard appearance of most other dealers and not right in town, the owner was very friendly, fast, and professional. The equipment was ready to go by the time I showed up to rent an auto transport and I was on my way in about 10 minutes after arriving. One of the fastest rental transactions I've ever had through uhaul when picking up. The trailer worked flawless including all the lights and had no issues completing a 500 mile round trip to go pickup a car. I was also able to drop off after hours without any issue with preapproval from the dealer. Absolutely will rent from this location again!

John at the location indicated this, researched the measurements of my cargo and changed my reservation to a more appropriate trailer. Much appreciated! I was able to successfully haul my cargo without incident. Merci.

Penny VI thought they did excellent. The young man that came out to help me was pleasant and was very task oriented. He checked me in, showed me the truck and how to use it. He checked for the extra equipment I rented and I was off. On my return they took care of me with super fast efficiency and I was out of there 10 minutes after I drove in. I would use them again even if they were further from me. Good job and thanks again!
Bob MThe paperwork is such small print it takes a magnifying glass to reed it. The address is not legible. This location is in the middle of the country and was extremality difficult to find. The very SMALL print did not help.
Jerry KThe owner was very nice and the truck was ready to go, but it wasn't very well lit and the owner's dog jumped up onto our personal car's door several times. This pickup location was also approx 50miles out of my way and although I was comped for those 50 miles I had to pay for an extra day to be able to make the trip for the pick up. I made a reservation for 1/7/22 on 11/14/22, I was made aware of the change of pick up location on 1/5/22.

Dennis SI would not recommend this only because it is about 35 minutes away from where I live. Dealers are closer, but they had no 6x12 trailers. This dealer had three, and two were obviously not rented out. Why not allow Hudson, WI dealers to have one available?

Don AExplain it to me better why I was charged more money when I bought the U-Haul back on time in good condition and had the gas tank filled up to what it was supposed to be.

Michael HOnline check in was a nightmare and took so long! After a 30 min hold, got ahold of a lady from customer service and got hung up on middle call. Even checkout was the same. Suggest doing in person .

Daniel SIt is obviously run from a home but the owner was very nice and pleasant. It's nice knowing we have such a large fleet available in my area - which I was not aware of previously! Really nothing to change - it's a farm location and was set up as I would expect for our area....like I said...GREAT people running it!
