Great service, but unfortunately the location added over 60 mi to our bill.

Brian P.Had reservation, no one there and office closed at time of pick up. Only one trailer on site and lights were not working. Spoke with location employee via phone, he was nice and tried to help find an alternative. I called and found another trailer location for uhaul a few miles away which worked out. The man I spoke with at original location was going to have a discount applied to my rental for the inconvenience and stated it would be taken care of and of course, that did not happen. Would not recommend.
